I have said this before, but Trump in his first term denied a shitload of H1Bs. He is likely gonna do it again.
The thing about Trump which infuriates his enemies is how blunt he is. He will say something with zero nuance or double meaning, and force people to either agree on it or explain what they actually want. It's why, for example, Israeli Zionists get so mad at him despite his open love for them. When he calls Israel the "greatest ally" he literally means ally. He doesn't hesitate to sit down and demand Israel does things to help the USA because like he literally said they are allies. Allies help each other. If the USA does something to help Israel? Good. But Israel also needs to do something to help the USA back. And this being forced to pay back in more than just bribes and AIPAC campaign funds makes them seethe.
In the case of H1Bs he also means it literally: Best and brightest talent. You are not gonna get away with hiring janitors and cashiers under federal minimum wage with H1Bs, he won't allow that. His immigration people denied a shitload of such visas last time. He literally said so: best and brightest, he meant that in plan and literal sense.

You have no vote, your office is fake, you have no power. You are a delegate twisted by pity and concession into a crude mockery of representative government.
All the “validation” you get is two-faced and half-hearted. Behind your back people mock you. Your "constituents" are disgusted and ashamed of you, your “fellow Congressmen” laugh at your sad appearance behind closed Congressional doors.
Citizens are utterly repulsed by you. Thousands of years of democratic government have allowed citizens to sniff out frauds with incredible efficiency. Or similarly, if you move to DC to work close to your job, you retain the residency of your last lived-in state or birth state. And those people represent you. Same way if my legal address is Idaho but I have an apartment in Texas for 2 years my Rep is still Joe Bumfuck (R-ID) or whoever. They just wouldn't be required to have a physical address in that state while they live in DC.

It's been announced that during that "sentencing" the judge is going to give Trump an unconditional discharge (i.e. the whole case goes away). Trump doesn't even have to appear in person, he can do it via Zoom. It's going to be fun to watch when these loons realize that.

The Clarissa comics were good for a laugh and shock value but I don't care for the guy behind them at all. I feel his view on America can be summed up as "America isn't perfect, therefore it is bad". Just someone who wants to remind us that America was never good, the 1950's were horrible, etc.
