The streams that lacked Andy failed to make good money (something else complained about in the DMs) because the paypigs are Warski loyalists, to the degree a paypig can be loyal. The paypigs follow Andy, not Ashton. Ashton handles/appeals to general audience, Andy handles/appeals to paypigs. Their union is one of mutually assured destruction, as Ashton can not draw paypigs and Andy can not draw large audiences. Individually, they fail. The reason the desired separation does not happen is because they are codependent for success. If they don't cooperate, they don't get their rents paid. And Toronto is fucking expensive. Ashton tried the break you are suggesting in late 2022, but it failed and he never tried since.
As a matter of principle, I hate interrupting others and I hate being interrupted. I prefer the medium of text for this very reason. When it happened in real time, in 2018, I could only imbibe Bloodsports in small chunks because the hollerin contests were intolerable to me. I have a great deal of professional experience with mixers and sound equipment and I would not hesitate to mute parties to enforce a sense of decorum (which admittedly runs contrary to what Bloodsports were). I would have enjoyed it more if combatants had allotted times, but I understand the hollerin and interrupting was part of the appeal, even if not my personal cup of tea. That said, I caught the fuckup regarding the failure to display the image, but the reversed sound management to favor Flamenco puts the errors beyond the realm of being genuine honest mistakes. Either one of those mistakes might have been a sincere error, but considering that you don't see him making those errors almost ever in the course of normal operations made it an obvious sweep job. If Janny Jim hadn't bailed them out, they probably wouldn't have survived that.

I think PPP and DSP will actually work well together. I don't think the show will be good or entertaining in anyway but I think they will have a good professional business relationship because like PPP DSP's brain is money oriented and actually treats his stream like a business unlike Warski who cares more about his sycophants and talking about his sobriety and his stupid cats you can tell PPP gets pissed whenever he brings up his cats unless they are getting subs for them.

PPP gets pissed because the thought of cats makes him insatiably hungry. For him it's like how diabetics can get really bitchy when their blood sugar is low.
A few pages back, this was debated. I took the position that Phil and his paypigs were the lesser evil than Warski and his paypigs. My position and argumentation are on record for review. Three others presented the counterargument (rather convincingly) and I have to admit that they appear to have presented the stronger argument. I think the consensus was that Warski has worse paypigs, but Phil has more fatal flaws. This thesis was explored a few pages back.
