Oh no, he can’t stop free speech because people are mad he wants to take opportunities away from girls!! what a pathetic crybully. Those protest numbers are heartwarming, though.

"All the administrators at Martin Luther King have stated this comment, and the Title IX coordinator for the Riverside Unified School District has stated ‘that as a Cisgender girl, they do not have the same rights as a transgender girl' to multiple girls, not just our daughters, but multiple girls on campus."
“Males have more rights than females” but make it ✨progressive✨

Even in left wing Cali, I can’t imagine the rage you must feel as a parent, watching your daughter be called a fascist by school administrators because she didn’t want to lose her place on a sports team to a cheating male competitor.

These people are so retarded. No, being disqualified by a condition you have isn't fair. But I don't give a shit, it happens to everyone everday. I'm not 4'8, I'm never going to become a horse jockey. I'm not 6'6, I'm never going to play in the NBA. How is this any different from being trans? Trans isn't a choice right, it's an immutable part of yourself as they say. Fuck off. You know it's a retarded position when even NPCs think allowing trans people in women's sports is stupid.

I can't believe the lenghts these adults go just to not tell a kid to accept what he is. I mean, I know they are afraid of gay lawsuits but at some point you gotta look back to see what you're willing to risk your job for.

I love how he admits that the school has gone out-of-their-way to "protect" him, but he still wants people to do more for him.

Looks like this is him. An entitled, angry mediocre boy athlete who wants special treatment.

lucky he's in line for a sports scholarship isn't it because he wouldn't get in on merit, he's retarded.

>Im NoT jOhN cEnA gUyS
>still beating bio girls left and right (also literally from his threats) with his dainty frame with male advantages

Now for a twist. This time it’s a case of the team with a transgender player forfeiting to an all female Christian College team, claiming harassment and bullying in a previous game. They are also demanding no points being conferred on the non-forfeiting team.

Get it together girls. This male is taking your stats and awards away from you. Did faculty hold a gun to your heads to sign the letter of demand, or do you just like winning too much to lose your male player. Then there is the obvious issue of his parents allowing him to transition since kindergarten.

I actually read an article about this situation within the last day or two.

I'm not surprised Canadian Bible College is opposed to transgendered athletes because of their Christian beliefs. Prior to joining whatever Canadian athletic association they're in now, they used to compete in the US-based National Christian College Athletic Association.

What doesn't surprise me is a public university in British Columbia, Canada using transgendered athletes like it's no big deal. This is the same province in which Jessica Yaniv Simpson (dot st) lives. Regulars from that thread already know how pozzed both the province and the country is when it comes to transgendered folks taking away women's so-called safe spaces.

Here are archive links for the article in @I call shenanigans ' post.

I would say that the parents that allowed their daughters to wear such a shirt and to have independent, anti-California-establishment ideas about trans ideology probably would be upset at the school, even if the parents were general leftists.

But how many girls in California simply accept and even support males on female teams, because their parents are establishment leftists who support trans ideology? I wonder how many girls are afraid to say anything, not just because of their own peer group, but their own parents?

EDIT: It's normal for children to not openly go against their parents, when this could get them in trouble. But this has reminded me of a parent I know with teen-aged daughters. They were discussing something that happened in the 1990s -- Prince Harry wearing a Nazi party costume to a costume party. I remember their being some controversy at the time but it was not a life-destroying, literally unforgivable offence.

About two decades later, my friend was trying to explain to her daughters how at the time, it was just considered a costume and you were meant to go as something outrageous to a dress up party. Her children thought her mother was a crazed nutjob for daring to put any context around it or even not perpetually condemn a teenager for playing dress ups. Basically I think there are now parents who are afraid, or should be afraid, of their own children.

I have some sympathy for these girls, though, even the ones that signed. Can you imagine being the only one or two girls on your team who did not sign? I don't think I would have signed but I've never been a young woman in a close-knit sporting team who would be permanently ostracised from it by daring to abstain.

This isn't Title IX "demolition." It is restoration.

The insane policy that somehow males get to participate in female sports is an absolute wrecking of Title IX. It was supposed to protect exactly what the current deranged pro-troon policy demolished.

The pro-troonery position is boys get to have sports in school but girls don't. They get to have males beat them up instead. Because males pretending to be females are way more important than real females.

Washington — The House on Tuesday passed a Republican measure banning transgender girls and women from competing on school sports teams that match their gender identity after the party leaned into the issue during the 2024 campaign.

The bill, known as the "Protection of Women and Girls in Sports Act," would amend Title IX, the federal law banning sex discrimination in schools, to recognize a person's "sex" as "based solely on a person's reproductive biology and genetics at birth." Schools who allow "a person whose sex is male to participate in an athletic program or activity that is designated for women or girls" risk losing federal funding.

It passed in the House with 218 voting in favor, 206 voting against and one voting present. Two Democrats from Texas — Reps. Henry Cuellar and Vicente Gonzalez — joined all Republicans in support of the bill. Democratic Rep. Don Davis of North Carolina voted present.

I’m not from the US so don’t actually know what this means. Where I’m from National Acts have to be passed by both the Upper and Lower Houses of Parliament. Does the passing of this bill, mean it’s now law?
