You know if I were Trump, and I'm merely sperging here, inauguration day the moment I am sworn in; the National Guard is showing up at Judge Merchan's house, the homes of the entire New York Appeals Court responsible, Alvin Bragg, and every single one of them is being placed under military arrest at gunpoint. There won't be a trial, I'd just hold a press conference announcing their Black Vanning and say "Fani Willis, Jean Carroll, you're both next. Don't bother running, they're already on their way."

Trump would never do this, but he should. That's what these people truly deserve.
What I would do is have some Kiwi Farmer send me a bullshit oppo research report filled with slash fiction, use that document as a justification for the FISA courts, spy on them to find e-mail correspondence from a foreigner, use that as a justification for accusing them of interfering with The Sacred Temple of Democracy™, and then legally noodge them for a decade.

Trump keeps the economic bubble growing bigger.

First, I will clarify: I don't think the US is going to invade and annex strategic territories, it's just improbable that we can't get what we want other ways. But I think if the US did, it would have a muted amount of outrage that would be irrelevant to the overall functioning of the world system, which remains fundamentally and deeply, deeply America-centric.

The US is in deep deep debt with a dollar that is being propped up by unstable resources, and Trump is a businessman. He will take a businessman approach to the debt problem, which is acquisitions and bankruptcy - both things he's intimately familiar and experienced with. He'll do a hostile merger with Canada and issue a new Dollar that doesn't have debt associated with it.

Only if there are Singapore tier littering laws. We need brave men of strong moral character and stronger arms to cane Indians until they are no longer litterbugs.
There's literally a bit of tradition in India that their responsibility for their household trash and waste ends at their threshold of their home.

If whipping the chronically lazy and stupid worked yatta yatta slavery turn out differently

Idk, inflation may be bad but I don't think we've eclipsed the canadian dollar yet.

I guess I should take a trip down to the bookstore so I can look above the barcode on the back of a book there to see how its doing these days.

I'm all for Massie pointing out the MAGA grifters (had to unfollow that Gunther Eagleman because he's faggotly retweets himself from 2 hours prior and then clearly directs traffic to one of his engagement retweet reply accounts), but he's still a faggot for having a hissy fit Trump won and MAGA destroyed the Meatball Alliance. And I'll always laugh at people trying to beat up on boomer Catturd when he's done more to hopefully kick Eyepatch McCain out in '28 than any of the rootin' tootin' Freedom Caucus boys.

Denmark is founding member of NATO, if the United States does anything against them they could decide to leave the organization. Furthermore it would reflect badly on other allies to the point they may believe the United States can't be trusted. It could weaken America's sphere of influence in Europe.
Imagine if we couldn't depend on the Danish military's support. America would be in dire straits indeed.

lol none of this bears any resemblance to reality

The US is only in deep deep debt if it were some shitty Yerp country or China not creating real wealth, and the dollar is not "propped up by unstable resources." It's propped up by the American economy being the only one on the planet that is kinda sorta healthy and being the only one that is attractive for serious private (domestic and foreign) investment

Is Trump's new Manifest Destiny (Canada, Greenland, Mexico) just the dangling keys so he can get deportations done with less media backlash?
Trump (and the faction behind him) really want Greenland. It is extremely important for national defense, and is a giant pot of gold filled with oil and minerals. Trump probably prefers that Greenland become a territory (like Guam), but might take some kind of lopsided treaty with a sovereign Greenland (separated from Denmark).

Trump is not going to invade or start a war with Canada. Trump is demanding money from Canada. Trump can basically threaten to ruin Canada's economy. I would imagine Canada could open up their energy reserves and natural resources to pay for this. I think Trump would legitimately encourage Canada (or Province) to join the US.

Trump has never mentioned annexing Mexico from what I remember. I assume the goal is to turn Mexico into the US's new manufacturing source (lowering Chinese imports).

Controlling the Panama Canal is very strategically useful and valuable.

Seems people have started digging in maga accounts after Massie called them out. They are not taking it well. Pot legalization thankfully failed in Florida.

The thread
Are these Con Inc influencers shocked? This is the same guy who shit on AIPAC for throwing money at his fellow politicians. Did they not think he'd sniff them out?

That doesn't even make sense. What does buying Greenland have to do with national security? Greenland was fine before all this.

I think it's a classic Trump shitpost that he's rolling with because it stops the news from talking about other shit he does not like, such as the NY case with Juan Merchan.

China Increasing Interest in Strategic Arctic Region

Risks of Military Confrontation in Arctic Increasing, Say U.S. and Russian Officials

There are growing tensions in the Arctic. The US has a military base on Greenland, but it needs modernization. And, Chinese and Russian subs currently move freely around Greenland, putting them worryingly close to the US or Canadian mainland.
