Getting back on topic, however - You think Phil "King of Japanese Culture" Burnell would care a bit more about historical accuracy in a Japanese game, especially given the Japanese veneration of tradition and ancestry. But then again, Phil is 100% the kind of person who would complain about looney toons physics in a video game as well, so really this isn't a new style of opinion for him.

This made me wanna post that clip of Phil doing the “I’m Japanese” line with the instrument and let’s just say you get a lot of interesting videos when you YouTube search “DSP I’m Japanese”

I also found this gem from his chat, which makes his assertion that the entirely of Japan is mad about the game even funnier, how quickly things can change over a few months

I actually liked AC Vahalla and thought that was by far the best protag (male Eivor) you played as due to magnus Brunn of Vikings voice acting him and Odin, Fantastic scenes/dialogue if you play as the male Eivor.
Origins is also suppose to be a really good AC game, along with Rogue being one of my favorites but I feel like the fanbase is retarded and don't know what they want.

Old creed games being hated overtime because they were to samey and became lackluster in their repetitive approach, so they changed it to Origins gameplay and after like 3 games, THAT became repetitive for the fans.I think it's much more than that but I don't mind AC games, just go back to assassins or perhaps a modern day game.

I genuinely believe Phil is agoraphobic or has some kind of anxiety related to driving (a trait common in autistic individuals). I think Phil orders groceries to be delivered more often than he lets on because of those aforementioned reasons.

If you look at it logically, Phil taking 15-20 minutes to drive to a fast food place and back isn't substantially more disruptive than his regular 10-15 minute bathroom breaks, so the time aspect of it can't be the real reason he doesn't drive.

That's about 40 miles a week at most, and if you consider Kat was actually working at that point, that's pathetic. Now, with both of them being 100% shut ins, Kat maybe working, they might not drive 1500 miles a year.

I tend to agree that Phil is half in the bag pretty often. Just a feeling I have based on my time as a drinker, his addictive personality, his physical appearance, and his long history of problem drinking.

TL;DR. Phil DOES DESERVE to get fucked with just because he's that much of a lying piece of shit. Now, does that mean people should do it or be commended for it? No. No one deserves to get shot by some asshole on the street, but if you are always antagonizing people then when you get shot you can't cry you are a victim. People don't get fucked with for free.

It's almost poetic that you posted this just as Phil had a braindead take on the LA fires.

I think DSP wants people to retaliate with gayops, he intentionally provokes it. It reinforces his "world's biggest victim narrative." Bear in mind they guy who triggered the "eat it with a spoon" rant merely said "wow you are cringe lmao" in his chat, something that every decent streamer has seen a million times and has let roll off their back or took as a joke from a real fan. There's no need to touch the p00 to "retaliate" at DSP, all you gotta do is stand your distance, point, and laugh... it drives him insane. He's extremely weak minded, paranoid, and insecure.

Phil's desire in life is to play the victim, but the things he plays the victim about now (people used my words to show I'm an asshole, they should be thrown in jail, or even better, his grocery bags were stolen) are not even 1st world problems, they wouldn't even qualify for that. As others have said, Phil has never had any tragedy in his life, yet he acts like he's had his life ruined by everybody but himself.

Even more to the point, there is circumstantial evidence that the second bathroom (NOT THE DRAINED TOILET BATHROOM) may be a severe mold/germ factory due to neglect. Does anyone have the nuances of this at hand?

The broken toilet & shower (different bathrooms) have bags over them therefore the problem is contained dood.
Side note, I can't imagine living in a house where you'd do such a thing and have no desire to fix it. That's crazy.

Sounds like good stuff on paper, but in practice it seems to be pretty lame and they have heavily nerfed the difficulty.

Yeah from the little I've watched his streams and looked at other people's videos of the mod the only thing it makes harder is that it removes poise when chugging Estus. A minor nerf when the mod buffed poise in general. Yes, imagine BUFFING POISE in Dark Souls 1. I've done a lot of STALKER modding and this mod seems like the equivalent of the "Complete" mods for STALKER games, which are notorious for making the games way easier despite marketing themselves as an expanded vanilla-like experience.

It baffles me how Phil can get 700 on one stream (mostly from the same people throwing hundreds at a time) and then be surprised when the next stream doesn't get the mandatory 150 from the same people. I don't think I've seen this level of entitlement before.

Yes that's why his mommy told him he wasn't supposed to drive on that freeway. He inherited his fear of driving from mommy.

That's also why he moved closer to the helicopter company to minimize the driving. Even tho he only saved maybe 5 minutes.

Can you imagine Phil driving in heavy snow or other weather? As an example we have heavy snowfall right now and yesterday it took my sister over an hour for a routine 20 minute drive. If Phil had this happen to him he would sperg out yelling "Why is my life so hard???" Heck he plays the victim when detractors "stalk" him in Streetfighter with troll names (KatsFatGunt) or just polish the floor with him by "button-mashing" and using "top-level characters". As of the last stream nearly every character is now top level because he lost against a huge variety of characters
