It's everywhere too
i see this a lot as an artist there is a whole community dedicated to "fixing" art which is the most arrogant thing ever. People don't seem to get the counterproductive logic to this because by saying it is you that can fix it doesn't that mean by proxy you think you can control what people are making. I say this because we know this usually comes from these folks that have oppression complexes and are quick to play the victim.

Nick Crowley really needs to cut it the fuck out with this annoying VHS distortion effect on everything. It makes newer footage look shitty, and older footage look shittier. For example, the first segment in this new video contains news clips from over 30 years ago, but the VHS effect makes it look horrible. Then the last segment is from a fairly recent event (which has been covered by other true crime channels) but his annoying-ass filter makes the footage look ancient:


Also, the motherfucker censors the word "end" as in "end his life". The video is otherwise subpar; basically it's just a forgettable Lazy Masquerade video but with an American accent.

I was actually in the middle of watching this vid it was pretty interesting as usual for the guy, youtube can be quite annoying when it comes stuff like this.

Lost my shit when he immediately went into the rocket money ad, I like Nicks stuff but his ad reads gotta be one of the worst in the game.

Anyone watch 'Midnight'? I get his videos in my recommendations every now and then, and it's always the most basic shit horror treated with the 'OH MAY GOD, DIS IS THE MOST STURBIN' THING OF ALL TIME' brush. Like, I get there's probably not a lot you can do with the Doom Engine (I think the 'My House' one was one of the few that genuinely pulled something off by routinely fucking with the Player), but 90% of this guys' video is him whisper yelling into the mic about how he's shitting his pants because the map hasn't thrown any enemies at him yet.
