While all of this does fill in some gaps regarding why she'd choose to write to Chris in prison, it also begs the question as to why she's so camera-shy. Sure, she could just be a very private person, but that's at odds with the claims of her being an attention whore. Granted, the two things can be true at the same time, though it'd make sense for her to have an overall larger online footprint and be making the most of her association with Chris through it.

Theorising, she may not want to be recognised by members of the community she was once part of due to some sort of incident (funny how those seem to Just Happen around attention whores); if so, she picked the wrong cow to hang around.

I did some further sleuthing, and have come to the conclusion that Alexis Marttila (who has since changed her surname multiple times) is not Flutter. She is married, has children, and the picture of her on a Facebook business that she runs very much does not look like Flutter. I won't link her current name or her business because she is very much unrelated to this situation and doesn't need weens knocking down her door.

Dw, admitting to mistakes is natural. Hell, if I hadn't, I'd still try to assert she is a Praetor handler and nothing more.

So I've met with a few Finns and discussed Lolcows with them, they are in the know and use 4Chan etc. But they know who this Flutter woman is.
She was an attention whore on Finnish 4chan threads from 2008 on. They specifically mentioned Kuvalauta. She also attended Finnish conventions in the past, such as Trad con and Desu con, they are certain that she had attended some based on some of her postings.
In short, 2008 on, Kuvalauta, maybe some Finnish convention registries.
Take this with a grain of salt but apparently she had explained her condition a long time ago on Kuvalauta.
I'm not Finnish but apparently irc-galleria would be a good place to look for her. She's a big weeb and would have been active in the anime community on that website.
Ylilauta, the successor of Kuvalauta, may be worth a look. My sources stopped frequenting message boards after Kuvalauta went down but the archives of Kuvalauta are spotty, at least to a non-Finn.

My suggestion has always been to just walk towards them holding up your phone while talking loudly at it like you are on a video call.

But of course, you are not and have the video running.

Doing so would give you a good chance of a clear image of her but shouldn’t alert suspicion in them as obnoxious people do do this on occasion.
