What boggles my mind is that Nick's argument of retesting his daughter for cocaine is that the government wouldn't do it and he didn't have custody of the kids.

Nick's story is all lies. We have all the early information on the CPS case and what was being argued in family court by Nick and his attorneys. What Nick argued in family court and what his children seemed to have been coached to say was that if they were exposed to drugs, they were exposed in some other place than Nick;s house. There was no questioning about the testing or requests to re-do testing.

If he wanted a re-test, he could have requested it through his attorney in family court and requested it through the judge. The other thing is that when drug testing of this sort is done by an agency like CPS, the samples on which the testing is done are almost always preserved so that (for example) there is enough hair to re-do the test if needed.

Nick suggesting that the ONLY way his children could have been re-tested for drug use was if he personally had physical custody of the children is simple false. There also is no sign in the available court records that Nick ever wanted or intended to do another drug test of the children.

Every time I'm forced to hear or hear about Rekieta talking about his kid and the "Kind, Fatherly Pat on the Head by Cop Part of Secret Vindictive Plot to Frame Nick Rekieta!!!" garbage, I get just so disgusted. He is a compulsive liar, and a ridiculous one.
