He actually went through with filing something and found out it's not as simple as he imagined. He was convinced YouTube was going to cave to avoid "bad publicity". Instead, they told him he'd need a court order if he wanted them to remove channels.

He also didn't anticipate that people's response to him actually filing something would be laughter. He genuinely believes that him threatening to sue people should intimidate them.

Now take that experience and extrapolate it to him trying to write a complaint against multiple people and legal entities and which encompasses several quite complex causes of action.

No doubt in a few months he'll announce that he's "found a litigator".
