- He can't talk about anything that involves April or Kayla because he respects their privacy just too much. So he can't talk about wife-swapping or being a cuck or any of the rest. But he CAN talk about April's vag online with Melton.
- Any bad story Aaron told about Nick was actually in reality a story about Aaron doing something bad and Nick watching it. Or Nick trying to stop crazy coke-addicted Aaron from doing crazy things.

- Not paying your mortgage for a year and letting your mortgage default isn't a sign of being a broke deadbeat. Its a cool rich-guy financial concept called "leverage". Rich guys let their mortgages default all the time.

Remember that Nick has also expressed his intense anger that he didn't get a prenup from Kayla. He always planned on dumping her eventually. He has only recently realized that isn't going to be as easy as he previously thought.

I think it's more dysfunctional than that. A prenup would trap her forever. Nick treats Kayla the same way he treated lawtubers: everyone should feel lucky to graced by his presence and he owes them nothing. Nothing pisses Nick off more than someone having the audacity to claim Nick owes them money while telling him to fuck off. Nothing would crush Nick more than a divorce decree that says Kayla is entitled to something beyond what he has decided she is worth. Nick is a financially illiterate cuck whose only control is money. Kayla is even less financially literate than Nick but doesn't care at all about money which renders Nick even more impotent over her. Just the thought that she could leave with half the marital assets without his permission leaves him seething. And he can't even force her to take the children 100% of the time for that money.
