I mentioned before that in the Kill List incident, the graffiti only mentioned "8 people on my list" but no names were included and as far as we know, no list was recovered
Would it be unfair to demand a copy of the actual kill list, and tell Russell if he doesn't have it any more, just recreate it to the best of his memory, like listing everyone he'd want to kill in highschool and why.
And if it's less than 8 people, demand the full list!

Deeee-lightful. He's playing dumb(er) (again) by acting like Hardin's only objection to the "evidence list" is that it's untimely. Never mind the fact that nothing on the list is actually pertinent to contributory copyright infringement, and that it's all stuff he could and should have disclosed a month ago by the original deadline.

Greer's latest motion, "Hardin should be removed from the case because he's mean"
I thought the issue is that Greer missed the deadline to disclose evidence and once Hardin saw the list contained no evidence that he wouldn't have had access to before the deadline that he motioned all of it shouldn't be allowed in.
Definitely good to tell the court you're too busy to do the basic shit that the lawsuit you filed requires.
