Here's how you get rich by filing bankruptcy. Let's say there's a small retail chain in the state with five locations. They all own their own property, but they're losing money and struggling. I happen to own a real estate company. I buy the retail chain for a song & a dance. I then have the retail chain sell the land to my real estate company for dirt cheap. Once I have sucked as much cash out of the retail company as I can, I have it start taking out loans against its remaining assets to keep paying my real estate company. Finally, once the retail chain is unable to service its loan, I have it declare bankruptcy.

If I played my cards right, the lease I paid myself and the value of the land I sold myself greatly outweigh the price I paid for the retail chain and the small cash infusion I made into it to sell myself the land. Thus I have enriched myself by bankrupting the retail chain (and firing all the workers, sorry guys).

This how PE firms operate. It's an exaggeration to say rich people file five bankruptcies a year, but purchasing a company solely to rotate its assets into a different company you own and set the carcass on fire is absolutely something they do.

yeah he's been more redpilled for a while. I suspect his earlier retardation with the gang of 8 shit was folly of youth. I can forgive if he keeps it up and actions match the words. I was a foolish lolbert around the time marco was doing the gang of 8 stuff.

Biden and co. wanted both the hostages released and the war to be over. But since both sides will not end until either of them is six feet under, the latter was never an option. So no deal ever made it through. But trump got them to do the former and it was fine.

Is that all correct? Biden and co. wanted their cake and to eat it to. With a nice photo-op to boot. And because of that, hundreds of hostages died.

I wish they cared more about a country's border than STATELINES. It goes to show that they're willing to prosecute a 17-year-old for self-defense, but groups of teens can commit robbery, burglary, MURDER with slaps on the wrist. It shows how justice is politically motivated in this country now.

I am hoping this is just BS. If not there is a lot of ammo to throw at him that was dug up after he went full india first. The dem ticket could easily outflank him. The cope is "he is better than a RINO" which only says you are swapping one RINO type for another.

Are we back to believing "unnamed sources say," again? I've heard Yost's name floated, but that a couple weeks ago and it could change, but Ohio has better options. Yost, LaRose, anyone that isn't Mandel or Matt Dolan. My gut says Dolan, since he's the obvious RINO pick and DeWine is term limited out next election so he doesn't have to care.
