"Oh hi, Superintendent Pomplun, I was just preparing some bendoilechonine for dinner!"
"That's funny, I've never heard benzoylecgonine pronounced that way."
"Oh, it's how we pronounce it in central Minnesota."
"Really? I'm from Willmar and..."
"It's more of a Spicer thing."
"I see. So are you preparing that by metabolizing cocaine in your liver?"
"No, it metabolizes itself!"
"It metabolizes itself? At this temperature and pressure, localized entirely within your kitchen?"

denaturalized for certain crimes
Oh wow, that's interesting. I've never heard of that.

I mean, stuff beyond crimes directly relating to your citizenship, right? I would assume if you committed fraud on your paperwork to become a citizen, they can revoke it for that reason.

But do you mean unrelated crimes?

This retard bitched about how hard entry level mathematics was in college (hint: it's not, it's barely harder than Year 12 stuff), he should shut the fuck up about fields he clearly doesn't understand.
A liberal arts major can get away with taking a literal tard math class, the college equivalent of remedial math, shit that often doesn't even include basic algebra. He's also shown near retard levels of innumeracy whenever he talks about anything with numbers in it.

This skelly bastard freak wanted pats on the back because his daughter didn't test positive for "a bunch of other metabolites". He wants us to give him a golden sticker because his daughter wasn't sniffing lines and mixing it with alcohol (norcocaine and cocaethylene). He's beyond help, he really should just off himself for saying that.

the college equivalent of remedial math
Every first semester of math is remedial because every dipshit thinks "just some math on the side" will not exceed high-school level difficulty.
I had to teach multiple people basic level math so they could finish the mandatory math classes, because "BIG SURPRISE!" every science requires math for statistics, and these imbeciles thought they would never need math in their lives.

Liberal arts major and other scam university degrees only exist to give retarded rich kids something they can waste their parents money on and finish with a degree to impress the retarded masses.

Nick is one such kid from a rich background who only finished his degree so his parents can brag "our son is a lawyer".

When Nick goes to court to admit to being a junkie and getting the settlement is that in open court? Will we be able to get a transcript?
Yes, this will take place in open court.

Someone could petition the court to be allowed to bring a camera into the court room to record and/or livestream because of the public interest.
There are hints that @Null might be allowed to do so if he submitted his request again, because he and his lawyer (who submitted the request for him) were both @CC in recent filings by Judge SJW.

So just to confirm, Nick Rekieta is admitting to being GUILTY and DENIED any APPEALS as part of his plea, as he is admitting being GUILTY and thus that the warrant and raid on his house had merit that in turn makes his bodycam footage free to get snatched up under a FOIA request right?
Nah, man. It's really just a self sacrificing gesture. He knows that he's innocent and that the state has nothing on him, besides the words of corrupt officials, but he also knows that the state has the power to take his kids away if he would try to defy it and fight this case. He could easily win it because he's clearly innocent, but it would take time, time during which his kids would be hurt by the state, as punishment for Nick's defiance.

Now the only question is if Nick is going to spiral further and disappear with April to Vegas in 2025, or if April split and had threatened to testify against Nick and this concession happened to keep her happy.

Really interesting development.
