Idk a lot about law, but this seems like the judge is pretty normal here?

From this motion it seems what Hardin tried to do didn't make sense, they can only do this after Greer tried to use undisclosed evidence. So this just couldn't have worked.
from what the judge said about preferring to decide cases on the merits it seems he will just resist every attempt to get this bullshit tossed no matter what and the earliest opportunity for null to end this case will be summary judgment

So no consideration can be made about the fact that Greer has been lying for years about the witnesses, which the judge sort of acknowledged in the fee sanctions order, or the ludicrous contents of the "amended initial disclosures"? All of this idiotic shit has to keep piling up until a trial can be scheduled?
OR the fact that a trial cannot be held without any witnesses nor evidence, neither of which Greer claims to have

I can only imagine the kind of venom that Hardin is getting from Greer at the moment.
The lucky bastard
I've never anticipated a Greer plight-filing as much as I'm anticipating the next one. I feel like a crackhead who's been promised some premium, high purity rock, and I know my plug Rusty "Shitlips" Greer ain't gonna disappoint.
I had a really good feeling when I got home from work today. I just knew there was going to be something good when I clicked on this thread. Unfortunately we're not there yet, but the anticipation is half the fun I suppose
Do we think Russ is going to consider this a win at first?
Absolutely

So realistically, what is next (not counting the fee sanctions wrangling)? We wait for Hardin to reply to the debt thing and the retarded amended complaint next month?

Yeah, probably not much going to happen until the 11th, unless Greer gives some sort of a sign that no discussion re:fees will be entertained.
Court’s probably going to wait until the deadline anyway, even if Greer files a hundred new documents that are just “I’m not going to pay anything” over and over. He’s only a pro se baby, they need to give him all the space and time he needs after all.

Or Greer is going to take this as the judge being on his side and attempt to command the judge to destroy the hardship, a website, through even more plight-filings.

So, the judge is going to what, wait to see if shitlips tries to Lionel Hutz in surprise witnesses and evidence before telling him that they're excluded? That seems retarded, if he can't use them then that should be the end of it. Although I wouldn't be overly surprised if he allows undisclosed shit at this point of the circus.

discovery will finish and there will be no relevant evidence brought forth. then the trial gets thrown out. pretty sure judge doesn't have enough shit to determine if the suit even has merit.

It would be fun it we're somehow on the timeline where the judge has snapped and is not dismissing the case because he's decided that Russ doesn't get off that easily and is going to continue heaping sanctions upon him until the gets the hint and withdraws the case.

I also want to see this go to trial just so that we can watch Russ go through the voir dire process and start hitting on jurors. This needs to be live streamed.

Idk this seems like the judge is giving Rusty enough rope to hang himself with so he can dismiss it with prejudice and a hefty bill owed to Hardin.
This is the kind of bullshit that makes you want to hoist the black flag and go back to the days of real judges like Roy Bean.

Also known as Drooly

Look, y'all, you can't be Snow White's eighth dwarf unless you can WHISTLE, it's literally part of the job. Can you imagine ole Gropey stumbling along at the end of the line, going "PFFFTTTT" and spitting all over everything that the dwarfs just cleaned?!? No, just no. Grumpy would push him down a mineshaft within a week.

The only reason monetary sanctions happened was because the court was forced to by the letter of the law. The Kiwi Farms gambit does stipulate that the benefits to your case remain within the law.

Edit:
I am now convinced that Useless Mistake is Matthew Hardin since they're never online at the same time.

It's unfortunate that the legend of Judge Roy Bean is mostly absolute bullshit, because the reality of a real judge forcing Russhole to empty his pockets, then throwing out his case, then giving it to Hardin and Null as a series of whisky shots would be too epic to occur in reality.
