I don't know about you but over here in my part of the US the last several years have been kinda plagued by a combo of letting things rot or closing shit down/destroying it and then bulldozing not those warehouses, but instead the areas of actual greenery to put in haphazardly placed massive ugly ass apartment complexes that sit like half vacant forever.
