While there's a lot of voices out there, the consensus seems to be that she could try harder and needs to stop half assing things. This is the exact type of rhetoric that groomed me into thinking I was a transsexual man when I was at a very low point in my life. I struggled with femininity and having a sense of belonging since I was very young, and that was the case in my adolescent years especially. I was always into artist circles, and I saw that this LGBTQ+ (emphasis on the "T") slop were infesting everyone's minds, and I became one of them in the deluded belief that I could escape my insecurities by just calling myself a man. Funnily enough, my mental health plummeted even harder than before, and I stayed miserable for a few years until later that I slowly began to accept myself for who I am. I eventually dropped all this social contagion bullshit about "Oh, don't feel comfortable as a girl, then just be a boy!" And I've never been more happy since. So no, Autumn, women and girls insecure about themselves don't need to poon out. They need to be reassured that just because they have masculine traits, whether it be interests or physical features, doesn't make them any less of women. Wholeheartedly agreed. From what I've seen increasingly younger people are starting to transition, and more often not due to actual dysphoria or body mod fetishes, but due to peer pressure from Tumblr SJW types and lack of good same-sex (or sometimes even opposite-sex) role models.
