Ironically, this is a great example of why you should avoid black-and-white thinking and it's rarely appropriate. Notice that Zach assumes infallibility and must construct an incomprehensible reason anyone would resist his clearly infallible conclusions. According to the almighty Google, you're not supposed to use Peroxyl for more than seven days and it's meant for sores and cuts. Deep sigh.
For anyone in the stands who might be interested, TheraBreath Gum Health Mouthwash is fantastic for keeping your gums healthy and all your blood on the inside. I've seen that stuff work wonders. Pair with an electric toothbrush and a Waterpik for best results.
Honestly though, Zach brushing his damn teeth is a big improvement. I'm actually surprised if he's really doing it.
This makes me so uncomfortable to imagine. This poor autistic kid shares that he's upset and feels bad about the way his life is going, and his insane autism-faker stepfather starts screaming and making a huge scene out of it, drawing attention and being loud and irritating. When the kid is already overstimulated. I bet Zach just forgot to add that this probably made everything worse for his stepson.

How is this validation for the kid? Zach didn't validate that life does indeed hate the kid he made things about himself.Where is child protective services?
I also question the wisdom of validating that belief but it's probably far too late for that.
