ATTENTION
Special rules for the Destiny thread.
  • Don't engage footsoldiers. Whiteknights do not need 100 responses to every bait post; exercise restraint. Do not give attention to people who join and bomb the thread with negative reactions.
  • Practice harm reduction. Read our prudent poster's guide.
  • Don't write open letters to Destiny. It is very annoying attention seeking behavior. Just write normal posts.

It's also bad manners to kiss and tell.
Words of wisdom.

What would be the way these laws are applied, with the (alleged) way the material got transferred being Destiny -> egirl -> public?
Does it change the liability issue? Could he argue he had her (verbal) consent to show this material 1:1 to others? Why is egirl not being sued in this scenario as well? Genuinely curious about the legalese.

What are the odds that Tiny understands that going to "play" keyboard in the corner, rolling his eyes repeatedly, sighing loudly, and interrupting Pixie screaming at the top of his lungs that she doesn't get to make her argument or respond to him because she's a subhuman retard saying subhuman retard shit, isn't going to work in federal court?

i dont care how much money she gets, if any, but could a lawkiwi kindly explain what this means for him if he loses?

will he officially be a sex offender or just receive a monetary fine with no further blemish to his record?

i just want to know if we can call him a sex pest without the word 'alleged'
He'll be an adjudicated sex offender in the same exact way he calls Donald Trump an adjudicated sex offender. It's not a criminal charge but a civil cause of action, so if he loses he just has to pay her money. There are some criminal statutes that could theoretically come into play, but I doubt the Miami prosecutor's office is going to pursue a misdemeanor sex offense against him.

I believe the reason why Destiny continues to have a growing presence on the internet despite his poor reputation is the sheer volume of shit he has gotten himself into in the past.

But I think this situation will make the already cracked glass of Destiny's career shatter completely, as the non-consensual sharing of private images is a simple deal-breaker for many. There's no point of it being 10 years ago, Tiny was joking, there's no proof or proof is hard to come by, etc etc. It's recent enough, simple enough, and severe enough to completely ruin him.

Though every drama cycle has this period of people "uncovering" additional past wrongs as past controversies are brought up again, so I wonder how people like Turkey Tom or de Orio can sweep their support of Destiny under the rug while all things considered, these 'creators' are supposed to know this stuff. That's why I think it's important to point out how the sheer volume of bullshit Tiny has gotten himself into actually benefits him because that's how they'll avoid it, it's just too much to cover. Too much work.

As I said many pages ago, I was a fan of Destiny for a short time, I found his stuff around July of 2024. There was so much stuff I heard "rumors" about but what prevented me from looking into it was the sheer amount of "rumors," it was just too much to parse through.

At some point some youtuber is going to make some several hour long video on Destiny's past controversies and how this situation turned out to be the final straw that broke the camel's back.

I am speaking too soon though.
