in your percipience, "dogshit" has a much more negative sentimental charge than "shitty"
Thus, you can believe that he should use "shitty" instead of "dogshit" in milder situations.

Their aspiration is to do quite literally anything, and they can't even put in the effort to get good at games, they have to be spooned by a gene thief.

I genuinely worry for the future of indie games if Jason is one of the people leading the charge. Not just because he's the biggest fucking retard on the planet, but because he's successfully shepherding a large audience into thinking his way of gamedev is the "correct" way. Luckily that cancer is mostly relegated to his youtube shorts and the larger creators he collabs with. Still gets one wondering how long an aspiring game dev who makes devlogs has to wait until Maldy's Figs come crawling asking about the good word of the Managem Marathoner.

Here's what you need to know about indies. There is no leading them. They're independent. People acting on their own.
However, a lot of indie games are fake. You get trustfunds hiring people to do it for them, or companies like nexxon pretending their game is heckin indie because its a new studio funded by them.
There are legit indies, but you ain't gonna hear about them in mass from the big content creators unless they go viral. You're on your own for the most part to find them and spread them word of mouth.
