The defense gets to sit this one out unless the court specifically asks them to chime in.
I meant in regards to the entire case, besides Hardin drawing up a fees invoice for ten times more money than Russell has. I'd love it if they could hit the point of "Defendants input no longer required" and the case still goes on for years.

Not only is Greer calling the judge stupid, he's even misrepresenting the judge's own words back to him.

While Russell inexplicably makes a really big deal out if this, those words he put in quote marks, attributing them to the judge, were never written by the judge.

Russell's made up a quote out of two completely different statements from the costs order, talking about different things:

Directly lying to the judge, about the judge. Interesting legal strategy.

I like Exhibit E the best. Screenshots from a phone email client with parts scribbled out. It looks like the compose window too, rather than showing an email that had already been sent like later.

Why is Russ demonstrating how to compose emails to the judge? Huh. That’s a funny kind of evidence.

Agree with the above; but more and more it’s clear that Russ thinks court is like high school principal office - where often the administration just wants the retards out of his office and does this via splitting some difference so both are unhappy in some way.
Depending on the type of case and sometimes jurisdiction, this is largely true.

Directly lying to the judge, about the judge. Interesting legal stategy.
With this and the "eager" part, I think what happened is Greer had a bad shizo hallucination and actually believes it.
Like what a weird lie to tell, it doesn't make sense.

I don’t know if I can prove it in a court of law, but my reading is Russ was going to coach the witnesses to “tell his truth” and since he hadn’t done that yet, they accidentally told “their truth”.

Up until this filing I was willing to file most of the witness stuff to Russ being a retard but I now believe he’s actively malicious and intentionally deceitful.

I don't think it would have worked even if that was his intention. Neither his father or brother strike me as the type of person who would lie under oath to help shitlips.

What you suggest does seem plausible, but we may be going too far in attributing Machiavellian scheming tendencies to someone who may struggle to tell us how he would feel if he didn't eat breakfast this morning.

It remains to be seen whether the judge will take umbrage at Russell's latest comments, or whether he will continue indulging him. But what I'd like to know is, what does Russell expect the response will be? Does he think the judge is going to say, "Gee whiz, Mr. Greer, I sure am sorry I messed up. I apologize and I will fix it right away"? Or was he so caught up in venting his emotions that he didn't consider what the consequences could be?

Sorry, to clarify, I meant Ohlander v Larson.
The outcome of that case doesn't matter. I cited it for their decision clarifying on when a Judge should dismiss a Rule 41 (a) (2) motion.
My bad.
Anyway, @Useful_Mistake, new poll? Will Greer get slapped in the face, or will nothing ever happen?
Sure

The Magistrate is not the one reviewing this.
I'm also amused that this case has pretty much gone:
Judge: Hardin, you don't understand Woodworker's.
Greer: No, judgey-boy, you don't understand Woodworker's.
Funnily enough,Woodworker wasn't even raised in that particular order, merely referenced.

This shit is incredible. "It's not my fault that YOU misunderstood me!" is gonna fly sooooooooooooooo good with a court that just sanctioned him for fucking with them. However, Russ is right that he never said that his witnesses were excited to testify. I think non excitement is the key to all this. If he gets that working, because it's a funnier objection than we've seen in any filing before. Yeah. Non excitement is the key to all this. This low IQ, dangle lip dipshit needs to be butt fucked from orbit with sanctions and being labeled vexatious. It's the only way to be sure.

how russtard thinks it will go:
i reviewed your filing mr. greer and have concluded that you are a super smart genius law guy and i am but a dumb peasant. you know more about the law than me and i am grateful that you explained this to me. i see clearly now that kiwi farms is a bunch of meanie poopie heads and award you 100 billion trillion dollars. i also rule that taylor swift and arianna grande were both meanie poopie heads who discriminated against you for being disabled and rule that they must both suck you your penis at the time of your choosing.
