I had to look up what chocolate Swiss meringue buttercream icing is supposed to look like to make sure it's not me being a retard, but in every single picture I found, it had a homogenous color.View attachment 6889105

Did Anisa make this cake while holding in a piss or being high meth or something? It's all so sloppy and uneven. Even the raspberries look like she just dumped them on, they do not look carefully placed at all. Also, why didn't she use the knife and spin the plate trick to make the icing nice and flat? Also also, would it really have been that hard to take a paper towel and remove the icing smudges from the place before taking a picture? I can't opine on the taste, although it was probably good since it's difficult to muck up chocholate cake if you follow the instructions, but the presentation is atrocious. If you'd have told me that someone suffering from parkinsons's made, I wouldn't question it.
I mean, good for her for continuing her cooking hobby, but this is not a pic to post online if you're not a 12yo who just helped their mom bake a cake for their friend's b-day or sth.
