He had earlier secured a postponement which he said was for his lawyer's "investigator" to examine Nick's illicit access of his online accounts. Whatever the investigator determined was not sufficient for charges to be dropped, at least not yet, and the trial is set to occur over two days in May.

While at the last settlement conference Aaron won a delay with a second one being scheduled for yesterday, Aaron's gambit to claim to be a victim of Nick Rekieta appears to have FAILED and Aaron additionally must have rejected any plea deal which was on offer.

That is because the case is now set for a two-day jury trial in May, with a pre-trial motion hearing the previous month.

Late response, but I remember when Dobson quit the internet, peoplewas able to find some Youtube comments from him about a month after before he wiped his account there too. There’s a way you can search a YouTube account’s comment activity if you’d like to keep track of exactly where he comments and what he says. Unfortunately, the video that explained how to do so seems to have been deleted.

While I'd love to see that happen, I doubt it will.
To the judge he's just another coke addict caught for the first time, plus there's the small town syndrome going on. Doesn't matter if he's cordially hated by the legal community in his county, the judge is gonna lean extra hard on being seen to be fair and impartial for the actual offense Rackets is charged with. Letting him plea out and get him off the calendar is likely to be the order of the day.
If he fucks up his conditions, he can be dealt with then.

No. That's not a bed. You can see it sitting on the table in his last stream from August.



There is no reason to believe either sets of grandparents have ever been sleeping at the home either. April, maybe.

A possibility for the bed in the streaming room is that its become April's room after the other house sold. Or else Nick sleeps there now after being kicked out of the main bedroom by Kayla.

The room is simply too small to fit a desk and a bed.

When I initially suspected April Imholte was sitting in Nick's corner and sleeping at his home, long before any of the swinging shit was confirmed, I came to the conclusion for various reasons that the room is likely too small to fit even a cot along with Nick's streaming desk and the items in the background.

I'm not convinced yet that there's a bed in the room, but I'll give a hint to those who do. If there is a bed in that room, it's not something that is being displayed on camera.

What would be happening is that he moved out his desk, moved in a bed where the desk used to be and has the camera propped up on the bed looking up at him, which would explain the weird camera angle. However, he appears to be looking up at his monitors slightly above eye level which would seem to be hard if they were set up on top of a bed.
