I think he is acting maliciously, and trying to string the court along, but specifically I think he thinks he's super clever and is trying to trap Hardin into doing something wrong. After all, every single time something happens he screams that Hardin is being bad.

The trouble is that he's filled his case with so much bullshit that it's impossible for him to keep even the simplest lies straight. His plightsperging legal arguments are like swiss cheese, only with about 5% cheese and 95% holes.

Why the magistrate gave Russhole so much rope, who knows. Maybe he's trying to shut Russ down once and for all, maybe he's been led astray by an activist clerk, maybe he just couldn't be bothered reading most of this shit. Who knows.

Russ's tard card has been overused to the point where the laminate came off years ago and it's now being held together with scotch tape. Yet somehow it's still accepted by the courts with (almost) no questions asked. I doubt the court would willing to give Russhole almost boundless latitude if one the defendants wasn't Kiwi Farms, a website.

I'm hopeful - but not exactly optimistic - that the judge will back up his magistrate and overrule Russhole's objection to the costs sanction.

except, he didn’t spend 5 years training as a paralegal. the program was a 2-year program. he took three years off/at a reduced course schedule intermittently in the program to make money to bus to vegas and fuck hookers. it’s amazing he retained enough to pass and get his certificate.

But if he is reading the thread, how did he miss the multiple people who noted that simply stating "for attorney's eyes only," or "confidential," would have prevented the "publishing" of the so-called private information of the witnesses he's insisting he tried to protect? It beggars belief. It has to be on purpose.
