Because you basically can go <50% and get into Master, win % overall is pretty useless because SF6 only dips you -40 for a loss, but +50 for a win (something of that sort, don't remember the exact numbers). And.. the points for winning are not capped, so if you beat a legend, you'd get like +150, but if you lose to a rookie scrub, always -40.
