Part of me hopes this is was done on purpose by the court to purposely set him up to fail, or at least just to piss him off because he wanted this done asap.

As previously mentioned, he already denied his daughter's request for him to make her a quesadilla while he was on stream

Even if she already ate, he didn't say that and clearly doesn't care about how he's perceived because it came across as him denying his hungry daughter (that he got arrested for neglecting) food
