Will Nicholas Rekieta take the plea deal offered to him?

Very frustrating that we cannot call him a convicted "child endangerer" -- But I appreciate that part of the plea deal is that he's not allowed to claim that he was framed by the state.

Edit: He'll laugh at us Kiwi Fags and smugly eat Doritos. Do not forget: he does not care about his family. He has repeatedly stated that he's the only victim of this event. I predict he'll be using before the end of his probation. Hell, he may be using right now as we speak.

I'm obviously not a lawyer so correct me if I'm wrong but this sounds alot like pre-trial diversion or informal adjustment in juvenile criminal court- basically the judge holds off on slamming the gavel, he gets put on probation/supervision for a certain amount of time and provided he doesn't fuck the thanksgiving turkey all the charges get dismissed and thus he has no conviction on his record (which would keep intact alot of his rights like the ability to practice law and own guns). Not gonna lie this sounds like a W for Rekeita at first glance- the question is can he keep his end of the bargain?

He can't claim he's innocent anymore according to the plea agreement. 🎉

But is this nigger getting the endangerment charges dropped?
It should be obvious to most that he wouldn't take a deal if those weren't getting dropped. He admits to cocaine use all the time but NEVER will admit his daughter was on it. Now he can say "Well the state certainly didn't think my daughter was on cocaine"

He has a stable income, a home, a family (dysfunctional as it is) and (allegedly) its his first major offense. Judges tend to be very lenient on these cases because the potential for blowback is minimal and it gives them a shot at more cases like that if it goes smoothly and quickly, which means less "trouble" cases.

We also dont know what was negotiated behind the curtains.
