So… What does it mean, aside from the obvious?
No amount of legalese can legalese him out of him admitting he did what he did.
I'm obviously not a lawyer so correct me if I'm wrong but this sounds alot like pre-trial diversion or informal adjustment in juvenile criminal court- basically the judge holds off on slamming the gavel, he gets put on probation/supervision for a certain amount of time and provided he doesn't fuck the thanksgiving turkey all the charges get dismissed and thus he has no conviction on his record (which would keep intact alot of his rights like the ability to practice law and own guns). Not gonna lie this sounds like a W for Rekeita at first glance- the question is can he keep his end of the bargain?
It should be obvious to most that he wouldn't take a deal if those weren't getting dropped. He admits to cocaine use all the time but NEVER will admit his daughter was on it. Now he can say "Well the state certainly didn't think my daughter was on cocaine"He can't claim he's innocent anymore according to the plea agreement.
But is this nigger getting the endangerment charges dropped?

Yea, thank god he managed to protect the cheating crack whore, would be tragic if she faced consequences for her own actionsSo he did get them to drop against Kayla as well, good for him. He at least can do one thing right and take the full fall.
He has a stable income, a home, a family (dysfunctional as it is) and (allegedly) its his first major offense. Judges tend to be very lenient on these cases because the potential for blowback is minimal and it gives them a shot at more cases like that if it goes smoothly and quickly, which means less "trouble" cases. Not gonna lie this sounds like a W for Rekeita at first glance- the question is can he keep his end of the bargain?
Hi Useful, did the clerk's office mention if an audio recording of the hearing could be purchased? Many courts also provide this service in addition to ordering transcripts.
