I'm going to disagree. Plastic is used in restaurants because it's durable (and colourful), easy to clean (dump in dishwasher) and cheap to replace. That's it. It's a purely soulless cost/benefit deal. Higher end restaurants will still use good quality wood.Plastic. Use plastic, that's what restaurants use. Easy to clean, food won't slide around, no contamination. Jack should think about getting some talent, that's what he should get. His knife skills are TERRIBLE.
For a home cook playing in the kitchen, wood is good. Jack Scalfatty already has a nice, hard wood cutting board. Why the fuck is this fat freak picking up cheap Chinese uncycled garbage again? Oh yeah it's because he's fat and FAT.
