This has been my concern for a while too. I would imagine the costs will stay the same or go up but I believe the average American will accept this as other costs will go down and, like you said it's more conscionable.
I'm of the mind that if Americans are to take the jobs that were filled by the illegals, then they wouldn't put up with the abysmal working conditions or pay. One way or another, the companies would have to innovate or reinvent how they grow, process, and distribute their products, which could lead to their own range of advancements which, in turn, can overall drive prices down.

Either that or they don't, they sink into the dirt, and other businesses pop up and do what their predecessors wouldn't and we'd likely get that result anyway.

I say this with love. Trump removing security detail from Fauci, Bolton, and Pompeo are acts of vengeance. I think it's great and that they get what they deserve. But he's clearly pissed off this term.
My favourite part of it is that not a single one of these fuckers is scared of being killed by China or Russia or terrorists or gangs or cartels. For some strange reason they're all exclusively terrified of the American people. Almost as if they know who they've hurt and who they helped.

New retarded anti no taxes on tips talking point I'm seeing on FB right now is that hedge fund managers and billionaires are going to be paid in tips so as to circumvent taxes. 😵
It's been amazing seeing the lowest tier left people who celebrate Occupy Wall Street also perform mental gymnastics as to why literally anything the "not left" does is evil and make up bullshit about how anything the "not left" does benefits the ultra rich. They're as NPC as one can get and it's as funny as it is scary.

This is smart and a win-win

If it passes, Trump can show him and the current congress can reach across the aisle and get things done for the American people.

If they cant pass it, Its now a rally cry in the midterms to further increase the Republican majority. It also can be used at the state level for governor races such as Virginia.
Virginia is also a sleeper with respect to this particular issue. The hospitality industry is HUGE in Virginia for a few reasons. Its the cheaper option for tourists, lobbyists, diplomats and temporary workers for the Federal Government over DC itself and Maryland, it is halfway between Florida and New York which makes the state the usual stopping point for east coast travel, the State is also 12 hours away from 80% of the US Population making it the base for most trans continental shipping companies to include Amazon, and then there is just the massive military presence and the need to provide diversion for hundreds of thousands of soldiers, sailors and airmen.

Hospitality is HUGE in VA, and the no tax on tips bill will be a serious wedge issue in that State, not just Nevada.

I'm glad they used the original lyrics of the song too, at some point they changed the lyrics to "As Christ died to make men holy, let us live to make men free" which makes no sense. Why would we live to make men free when Christ died for us? If He paid the ultimate price for the salvation of mankind to free us from the sins of Adam and Eve, it would only be logical that we are also willing to pay that price since our savior di

They need to restore the original line "Glory glory hallelujah teacher hit me with a ruler"

They’re not running AOC in 2028. They’re not THAT stupid. Kamala was a so much better choice than AOC, and I say this as I believe Kamala was the worst Presidential candidate ever.
There is SO much fodder for the RNC to use against AOC. It wouldn't surprise me if someone from the RNC doesn't already have a feature-flm's worth of reel ready to send her with the message: "Go ahead and run, and thanks for the 2028 win."

I just don’t want a 51st state because the stars on the flag would be all messed up.

Don't worry, like I mentioned in the last thread the Annexation of Canada would result in at least 2 new states and more likely 4 as the place is too big for a single state to be allowed since it would disrupt the balance of the senate and house too much.

The bad side of it however is it means Quebec is almost guaranteed to be it's own state. The horror.

in my honest opinion, solar is not fit for every state, solar would work wonders in places like say nevada, arizona and new mexico, even texas.

why? because we got alot of sun, theres hardly a day where the sun isnt raining hate on us, storm proof them and its even better. Now adding solar to a place in the midwest, where winters are brutal and you dont get much sun, and solar stops making sense.

But I say I'll accept solar more when they storm proof it more, which Im told is already happening here in texas
Honestly, I know this is an impossible dream considering the stigma around such a discussion, but I hope nuclear energy rebounds and becomes the primary source of energy for America once again. The production of nuclear energy has came a very long way from the technologies of the mid-to-late 20th century (and the mishaps that came from it), and has overall become a much more efficient system. But, realistically, it probably won't come back. Dream the impossible dream, I suppose.

I'm glad I wasn't the only one who noticed this. It genuinely made me happy they used the based version instead of the cucked revised lyrics. Battle Hymn of the Republic should be our national anthem—it's a militant religious battlefield hymn about dying for the sake of freedom. It's humble, rustic, and doesn't require an orchestra. Our current anthem has always been subpar in comparison.

A Union battle song from the Civil War about God wreaking his vengeance on the South and equating the Gospel with Union armies marching on Dixie would be a supremely awful choice for a national anthem.

Okay, I'm sure woke libs could find a million things worse.
