Kiwi Farmers aren't very intelligent. - No, actually - there are space lasers!

The problem with this site is that any forum that's used to make fun of other people and prides itself as anti-mainstream, will inevitably cause certain users to develop a superiority complex because they spend so much time stroking their egos by poking fun at the most retarded people on the internet.
Everyone wants to be the smartest in the room, and that's why this place has so much infighting, hugboxes, etc.
Conversations are at their best when people are having a real discussion instead of shit flinging over the most assnine things possible.

Hmm, smells like grievances towards another user disguised as discussion.

As long as your pans are made after 2013 you'll be fine. The problem wasn't ever with the Teflon itself, but the PFOA used to manufature it. PFOA is a known carcinogen, and in the 2010s research definitively proved that high heat for an extended period of time can cause Teflon to break down into its constituents, including PFOA. Since 2013 Teflon is no longer made using that process.
Modern Teflon cookware can still kill birds in minutes if heated to a certain point, even if they're not in the kitchen. I'm currently waging a jihad against Teflon in my kitchen because of this.

Yeah you shouldn't heat Teflon above 500°F. Honestly the more you cook the more you realize that a good set of stainless is better in pretty much every way.

Kiwi Farmers are so retarded they can't even stay on track for a day without sperging about aluminum and cooking appliances.
It's more interesting than you melting down over profile posts.

Possibly controversial opinion, I don't mind electric ranges. I know, gas gives you more control, but I've never had a problem with electric.

Edit: I see you're a diehard gas stove enjoyer, @Magnitude2717, that's okay. I know my opinion is polarizing.
