A narrative is being formed where Nick is a martyr that sacrificed himself to save his wife

View attachment 6900861

Notice that Nate the Lawyer mentions Nick pleading guilty to saving his wife while conveniently leaving out that Nick wants the same for April. Apparently, "REKIETA PLEADS GUILTY TO SAVE WIFE & HIS SIDE-PIECE" doesn't fit Nate's narrative.

Nick being "self-sacrificing" on behalf of Kayla is nothing new. That's the narrative Kayla went with regarding their home life prior to the arrest. This enabled Kayla to avoid responsibility around the house thus incentivizing her "failures" as a wife/mother/etc. going forward which contributed to where they are now.

Nick is sure to leverage this over Kayla where convenient going forward, which will play also to Kayla's aforementioned unhealthy mindset of venerating her failures to show how strong their marriage is.

The cycle continues.

Could this deal be affected by the stuff he shared with Melton? There is supposed to be an ongoing investigation for that if we are to believe Aaron.
If he is on probation and charges for that drop he played himself right?

, and justifies Nick having that much cocaine as "he had just scored all the cocaine he needed for the month."
Is this really the lie they’re all going with? Yeah, because that’s how the average person lives their life. I know I do. Hey, I’m not an addict, I just get a lot of toothaches. No, don’t ask me what my 5 kids are doing while everyone in the house is high AF. That’s none of your business, officer!

Nate is such a retard for even trying this narrative. Makes me wonder if he's trying to worm his way back into Rekieta's good graces since he's going to be out of jail at the very least. Rekieta is not a good person, and neither is Kayla. As far as I see it they were both responsible for the wellbeing of their children, fullstop. They both failed in that respect and they both deserved to have child endangerment on their records for that, and Nate fucking knows it too cause he's said as much before this.

He saw how hard Nick was paypigging Melton and thought "I want some of that cash!".

I would not be surprised if Nick was paying people to post positive content about him.
If there is one thing Nick has plenty of it is disposable income he seems to summon from thin air without holding down a job.

It also cucks us out of divorce content. If Qayla sees herself as a "failure" then she can justify "deserving" to be married to a Galaxy Gas-huffing ragetwig with sakura hip tattoos.

It is also the narrative Nick alluded to about himself months ago, in veiled references to having done things to please or help someone (between the lines it screamed Kayla) (and iirc it alluded to pre-insanity times, so it didn't sound like the swinging but about carrying the household (pay no attention to the nanny in the corner)) and thereby losing himself and not having time to think or work bc he was doing so much for them.

And he's also already conceived of himself as David, blah blah.

So, yeah, poor, kingly Nick. Poor little lamb who lost his way trying to be noble (though he'll admit he had fun because he didn't do anything wrong even if Scandinavian and other prudes don't like what he likes)...in addition to being a poor lamb regathered to God's breast, he's also a badass mofo who lives on edges proles can't even dream of. He's just too big for this literal and metaphorical town.

And fwiw, this is a big W. A second degree felony drug possession is not covered by the diversion statute. It's good for him they all sniffed up as much powder as they did before that morning, bc if he'd been a lot further over the 25 g threshold it would have been harder to get that plea down to a 3rd degree/into diversion, esp with the other circumstances of kids and unsecured guns.

And he definitely ratted if he had useful info at all.

Also - to correct some misstatements I've seen/ heard: diversion is not required for any first-time drug felony above 5th degree. For 3rd and 4th degree, it is "may," not "must."

We've already seen him attempt it with Chad Zumock as well. It's crazy that Nick believes he can astroturf his return to livestreaming through this and allegedly buying fake engagement on his livestream return in the form of botted likes and comments. He's trying to lazily pull the wool over the eyes of the masses instead of developing a new content strategy.

Here's how Nick Rekieta could actually, seriously return:
1. Partner with Dick Masterson on podcast - He needs to immediately shack up with another content creator to build up a new audience if he wants any hopes of maintaining a career and Dick Masterson is the only successful podcaster anywhere near Nick nowadays who'd possibly fill this role. Dick's fans won't care about Nick's past and once Nick has an audience again, neither will other content creators.

2. Stop interacting with people online - He posts on Twitter and Locals as if he's amongst the common filth. He should become someone who can't be reached for free in a bogus Twitter thread. He needs to be come more elusive if he wants anything like those $20 toasts back.

3. Rebrand away from Rekieta "Law" - Rekieta Law is dead on arrival as a brand. The lawtube sphere holds no genuine respect for him and it's a dead-end. Paying off Nate and others to change their tune won't make people take his legal analysis seriously again. He's a legal failure.

4. Never mention the old Rekieta, including no "tell-all" - It doesn't benefit him long-term to do some big stream discussing what happened because anyone who attends such a stream is doing so with their minds already made up. He could only lie during such a stream anyways. Bury the past and keep it there.

5. Real edited content - Not livestream clips, but real content filmed on location and edited into something presentable. His channel doesn't currently have content people will revisit unless it's to farm clips to expose him as a liar. Put out real content for people to enjoy and come back to time and time again.

6. Public appearances at live events - As part of becoming more elusive, he should only pop up at IRL events appearing and behaving like a mature adult. These tattoo conventions are beyond embarrassing. Being a presentable human being in structured public gatherings will rehab his image into that of a real adult with his life together.

7. Give up politics - Not only do we know his politics are a lie judging by his "Trump & guns" rant, it's also not entertaining anymore when you know his private life and personal issues. Unserious people shouldn't be seriously pontificating over serious issues.

8. Find new collaborators - Dick alone won't be enough to boost him back and he does need to recreate his formula of "scratch my back, I'll scratch yours" with a new group of online figures, hopefully learning lessons from last time. Don't overpromise, don't build clingy relationships, these people are colleagues and not friends. He could build up a new harem with Quartering, Gundam, Styxhexenhammer, Karl of WATP, and so on.
It's not guaranteed to work, but it has an infinitely better shot than whatever the fuck he's doing now.

Nick's "I will be us" narrative continues

Poor Nick will be forced to cook, clean, and drive his kids while working a grueling 0 hours a week

Correct. I never assumed he would receive prison time. I was realistic. 2-5 years of probation.
That is a W in the realm of crashing your car while speeding, losing all your limbs, but surviving.
It's not even February yet. We have 11 months left in this year. Does anyone honestly think alcoholic wet brained retard is gonna make it?

The real thing everyone should be doing is predicting his next fuck up that WILL land him in jail. He's an alcoholic/addict that will need his next fix of adrenaline.

I give him atleast til APRIL (no pun intended) before he fucks his life up AGAIN.

There are two possible outcomes of a criminal trial:
Innocent - W
Guilty - L
He pled guilty. That's an L. But it's an in-between L because it goes away if he manages to survive his cuck servitude of not being allowed nose candy and booze for a year or two. Then the case goes away without the entry of judgment making him an actual convicted felon.

Until that happens, not a real W. Just a potential W.

He's still a dude who pled guilty to crimes, and the plea agreement specifically says he isn't claiming to be innocent. He's just copping a deal. He's licking the jackboots, which he should be used to from licking leathery cocks.

Karl from Who are these Podcasts was recently on PKA trying to pretend that Aaron was more pathetic and interesting than Nick in the arrest story.

He brushes by the arrest saying "and Nick had a bunch of guns and coke in his house..." but then treats the revenge porn thing as the craziest thing that's ever happened.

Says the daughter testing positive for cocaine was "thrown out", claims Nick's "cleaned up his act", brushes past the pastor reporting the kids as hungry and dirty as if it isn't a big deal, and justifies Nick having that much cocaine as "he had just scored all the cocaine he needed for the month."

The PKA guys push back a little and ask if the pastor's claims were legit or a set up and Karl nervously said "I just talk to Nick and his kids are awesome"

Very pathetic.

I really fucking hate Karl. He continually chooses to break bread with the most loathsome Sekturites out of some sense of loyalty. His gimmick podcast works if there's an interesting guest, otherwise it's stale Gen Xer soundboard clips. Every clip I've seen from him in the last year and a half is being the biggest glazer for Dax, Rekieta and Melton and uses his unique podcast gimmick to attack his friend's enemies.

Here's how Nick Rekieta could actually, seriously return:
Disagree, his only path of returning to internet fame is to live on in shock sites after he mcnutts himself live.
Says the daughter testing positive for cocaine was "thrown out"
If I, hypothetically, shot a nigger invading my house and the charges are dropped then I would not be guilty of murder but I still killed a nigger. Good luck with that cope I guess.

Nick didn't save anyone. Reputation-wise they're forever tarnished as polycule degen cokeheads. If anything, dropping the charges on Kayla and April will empower both to continue their self-destruction (esp. April) because they'll think they have 9 lives and consequences are for nerds.

According to Nate, Nick wasn't even paying out at his absolute financial zenith - what on earth would make him think that this stone's still got blood in it now?
I think Nate's just retarded and pathetic enough to think that Nick's gonna rise up and start making millions of dollars on stream again so it's time to start sucking his dick
