I want to point out, that Destiny is calling Kelly a virgin, most likely as an insult for her not being able to have sex/have normal sexual relationships, due to her vaginismus, something he has done in the past and always plays dumb, that he doesn't remember she has it.
Destiny does that often, will remember extremely hurtful things about someone and just bring something related to it during casual conversation, and plays dumb immediately after.

I doubt she'll release anything. I'm pretty sure I remember Destiny saying he has a manifesto or something ready to release in retaliation if she ever drops anything significant. He'll be ready to make her life as miserable as he possibly can. As he said before, he has nothing to lose and she does. He also doesn't believe in proportional responses, when he feels he has been slighted he'll use anything and everything at his disposal to get back at someone.

If this does go to court, and if for some reason they do want to compel her to testify. I'm sure these video recordings of him threatening to blackmail her if she ever spoke out would make him look REALLY good.
