I should clarify. Is it something that could lead to a successful suit that results in significant sanctions against Russ. He claims to be Mr. working man, and has at least enough income to blow multiple thousands on whores according to his own filings.

Publicly claiming, without evidence, that Guinasso is a pedophile is clearly defamation that could lead to a successful suit against Russell. If Russell were to go further and claim that Guinasso has committed sex crimes against children, without evidence, Russell could be charged criminally.
Does Guinasso even know that the Wild West Resort account is run by Russell? Does he care? No clue.

Some of it, such as baseless public accusations of Pedophilia is Libel Per Se. Granted Russ is a nobody, and the only people that even notice him are us here. Who point and laugh at the retard. But now he is inserting himself into Guinasso's cases without leave of the court. And continuing the libel in filings to the court. Yeah that probably reaches the level of something deserving of a legal smackdown. And Guinasso IS a Lawyer. Access to the Courts is trivial for him. Just filing fees and whatever amount of his time he wishes to direct towards it. he is not paying his hourly rate. Although Russ may very well end up doing so. Yes Russ doesn't have any means to actually pay. But Guinasso is a lawyer. It doesn't really cost him anything to take action. Beyond a desire to not waste time and effort on utterly trivial retards.
At a minimum Guinasso could probably ask for some degree of sanctions from the Judge of the current case. Someone please correct me, I may be misremembering, but I do not believe this is the first of Guinasso's cases (however loony they may be) that Russ has tried to insert himself into. Guinasso could probably ask for injunctive relief preventing the retard from doing that. At least without some level of pre-screening by the Court. For example why did the Plaintiff in this case have to waste time and resources responding multiple times to the ProSe interventionist retard who has not been given leave to participate in anything?

No, which is probably one of the worst things about the internet in general and this retard in particular. He can get away with spreading lies and defamatory comments, likely costing you thousands of dollars to fight, while simultaneously being too poor for meaningful sanctions. Even if Null and Guissano were to extract thousands in sanctions from Russ, nothing's stopping him from taking the Acerthorn route and filing thousands of lolsuits. Russ would need to be declared vexatious, and possibly given an order similar to what Melinda Scott (i.e., no suing Null without prior approval from the court).

this sounds like it could be pertinent to getting Russ declared vexatious - he is attacking the character of two attorneys who do not represent him in entirely unrelated cases.

I kinda wonder if Guinasso thinks of Russ the way Null thinks of Keffals - I believe it was something along the lines of “His statements aren’t actionable defamation. Nobody takes anything he says seriously because he is clearly mentally retarded”

16 hour round trip for a total of 2 hours at a brothel? man, russhole really is retarded. i cant think of a single time when that would be worth it. what is his obsession with the legal brothels? the thing is, there are hookers who live far closer than 8 hours away he could hire, so why doesn't russ hire those? it seems when he hires hookers he insists it has to be at one of the legal brothels.
