I still think the idea that Rekieta intentionally dosed his kid is insane and I don't believe it.

First, the guys an addict and that's a waste of good blow. Second, as much you could conceive that maybe he would come up with such a harebrained scheme, do you really think everyone else would go along with it? Did he hide it? How did he do that? How did he justify it then after the test results?

After she tested positive, do you not think CPS wouldn't have gone through some questions with the kid and Rekieta? Do you honestly think the guy would walk with some probation and a promise to be a good boy if they caught wind of him dosing his nine-year-old?

I think it is far, far more likely that this wetbrained retard who had spent shells all over his floor just wasn't careful locking up his stash and his kid got into it without him realising. Because he is a narc, he can't ever concede that his horrible parenting abilities and poor life decisions that are so FUN and WEIRD had an adverse effect on those he is supposed to protect and so he just denied it ever happened.

He never saw his kid high (because he never watches them), so therefore it didn't happen, therefore the state made it up. That's the way I see it.

I used to give Nick the benefit of the doubt. Then he was caught living a life almost entirely opposite to the values he preached. He also used the most flimsy excuses and quibbling to 'explain' it all away.

While I will not say that he is definitely guilty of this action, I do not rule it out of possibility.

On a day when there’s been so much to clear up, Nick has been unusually quiet. 🤔 🤔 🤔

Don't you know he has a an ongoing legal case where the government is trying to RIP HIS FAMILY APART???? You don't understand how it works in MN!

Totally what a CHIPS case is for. Thank you Nick!

Wait, is Nick lying??? Who would have thought. (Source)

Unsurprising but mildly amusing: Aaron mentioned yesterday that Chrissy Mayr told him how Nick offered her cocaine at Anime Matsuri (August 2023). Eleven months later Nick went on her show, claimed he dindu nuffin, and insinuated that the cops planted drugs in his house. He must have been pretty confident that she would play along.

This also suggests that many of the streamer types Nick had meetups with knew about his little habit.

I am not be surprised to learn that he tried to recruit other streamer for his degenerate lifestyle and swinging.
Nick will have been in many a DM trying to sweet talk fans.
He was way of the rails long before he finally fucked up so hard he got arrested. I wonder how long the kids had to endure the total chaos at home and how many other "partner" they met over the years.

Sorry to tell you- they're still going through it now. It's not like mom is off the THC gummies or dad off the Galaxy Gas.

It's been a retard fest over there going back to at least the old crack shack - Nick talked in the old office about "piles of clothes" even back then. It will be through the grace of God if the kids end up normal.

Can't wait for the future sexual harassment case.

Probably one of the reasons he decided not to be a "law channel" anymore. In lawtube all the women were already married or not what he wanted to fuck. He moved over to coomertube and found April.

Yeah, there have been a few Dabbleverse happenings related to Nick - sort of.
  • This clip. Chrissie told Aaron that Nick offered her coke at Anime Matsuri. Does anyone know which AM that was? 2023? He didn't go to the AM in 2024, correct? This would mean he was doing coke in Aug. of 2023 long before Dec. of 2023, widely thought to be when the cocaine use started in earnest.

  • Aaron has clarified that Nick kept the coke in FREEZER Ziplocs (thicker). Those would have weighed a few grams. (Google says the large size weighs 10g). This means the 2nd-degree felony would have likely been reduced to a 3rd-degree even IF there had been a trial. This takes the sting out of the plea deal a bit, for me, anyway.

  • Chrissie has supposedly uninvited Keanu from SimpCast over the Melonie Mack meltdown. Related, Kiki said that Jesus was gay. Lots of bad feelings over Chrissie and Frank (her husband) being dicks over a joke. Chrissie has been something of a 'ride or die' for Nick. It looks like wider factions are being formed loosely around his crimes. (Irony being that I'm sure Nick is opposed to Mack's desire for suggestive video games to be banned.)
Although I appreciate your contribution to the thread, @Melty Butter, one must always be responsible to keep their own confirmation bias in check.

That's fair. No one should leap to conclusions, however, confirmation bias is much of what KF does. It's why KF has been correct so often wrt Nick. He has done an excellent job confirming our biases -lol.

Consider...
  • Whippets: Most of us consider that fact even though the source is a Dabbleverse coughing former Only Fans girl (Keanu).
  • Almost all of the polycule stories (big picture anyway): The source is also Dabbleverse and was IN said polycule, consumed said illegal drugs, and is charged with revenge porn (Aaron).
  • Cybercrime: The source for that among the WORST of the Dabbleverse (Melton).
Two of those three (whippets and polycule) were floated ITT based on speculation long before they were confirmed.

If we discredit Chad mentioning Nick's daughter's re-test due to his historic credit card shenanigans and being in Dabbleverse it would, in theory, discredit the list above.

Also, consider that this kind of information is often a 'drip drip' feeding of information. Even MNPublicRecords did that. We may never know the truth but I wouldn't be surprised if more gets leaked. MN does sometimes use blood tests to detect cocaine. (There's two levels of testing IIRC. @Folgers Can had a detailed post about it many moons ago.)

Anyway, I've beaten this horse enough. Moving on...

Congrats to @Himedall All-seeing Waifu. She won a award for best thread OP rewrite of 2024, for their excellent rewrite of this thread's OP.

@Useful_Mistake won best overall KF contributor. UM provided several court documents for this thread and the related legal threads.

Grats to both.
Also, Best Lolcow Fanwork was @Shush's "A future Rekieta Stream."

What might just be a blip on the radar for an adult could show very different for a child.
No one anywhere is going to be able to run a study to test how much coke it takes to make what amount of metabolites in children, so this question may never be satisfactorily answered.

The only thing to compare it to is other children with coke exposure, although again we are unlikely to get any kind of accurate reporting of intake amount or how they were exposed (directly or secondarily from their parents/environment). Just out of curiosity I'm searching through some papers to get some rough numbers of where other children exposed to coke scored on their hair tests.

I believe the study was brought up earlier in the thread:
Pediatric Exposure to Drugs of Abuse by Hair Testing: Monitoring 15 Years of Evolution in Spain (2014)
  • 187 4 year-olds: 43 positive for cocaine, median benzoylecgonine concentration 320 pg/mg
  • 90 1.5-5 year-olds: 21 positive for cocaine, median benzoylecgonine concentration 850 pg/mg
  • 114 2-10 year-olds: 23 positive for cocaine, median benzoylecgonine concentration 180 pg/mg
Cocaine found in a child’s hair due to environmental exposure? (2004)
  • 6-year-old lived with crack-smoking parents, taken to hospital after being exposed to the smoke and getting sick.
  • Urine sample positive, no blood sample taken as it was more than 24-hours after exposure
  • Hair sample to measure past exposure: 600 pg/mg of benzoylecgonine
Hair analysis following chronic smoked-drugs-of-abuse exposure in adults and their toddler: a case report (2011)
  • A 2-year-old is taken to the hospital for breathing problems, living with crackhead parents, chronic exposure to crack smoke
  • Two hair sample groups for everyone, from scalp to 3cm, and from everything beyond 3 cm
  • Toddler: 1,900 pg/mg and 7,040 pg/mg
  • Mom: 7,880 pg/mg and 6,390 pg/mg
  • Dad: 13,060 pg/mg and 12,970 pg/mg
3,4-methylenedioxymethamphetamine (MDMA) intoxication in an infant chronically exposed to cocaine (2005)
  • 11-month-old baby brought to hospital for seizures, mom denied any drug use or exposure, but MDMA found in urine.
  • Hair test for benzoylecgonine: 400 pg/mg, 500 pg/ml (close to scalp, away from scalp segments)
[Acute poisoning and chronic exposure to cocaine in a child] Spanish (2005)
  • I don't know Spanish but can read the tables
  • 15-month-old baby: 2,200 pg/mg, 7,600 pg/mg (scalp, intermediate hair)
  • 4-year-old child: 500 pg/mg, 1,200 pg/mg (intermediate, distal hair)
  • Father: 3,000 pg/mg (scalp)
Chronic cocaine exposure in a toddler revealed by hair test (2007)
  • 2-year-old brought to hospital for seizures and loss of consciousness.
  • This was a major overdose + chronic exposure, plus heavy physical abuse. Child seized for more than an hour and had to be intubated. Later their liver and kidneys shut down and their brain was swelling.
  • 15 hair segments, roughly 1 month's growth per segment to estimate monthly exposure. Ranged from 1,900 pg/mg to 36,000 pg/mg of benzoylecgonine depending on the month.
  • Suspected administration of coke by parent. Doctor's hypothesize that based on the metabolite levels this was not from breathing of crack smoke, but regular direct ingestion of cocaine.
Some overall general notes from the readings and their citations:
  • Contamination of hair by cocaine is eliminated by washing hair samples. Narcotics officers and lab technicians who are consistently exposed to cocaine but do not consume it test negative for cocaine metabolites. Their samples are positive for minimal amounts of cocaine itself prior to washing only.
  • Younger children (toddlers) tend to show higher test levels. Metabolism rates are unknown, but it is speculated this is due to lower overall body mass in comparison to the amount of cocaine ingested, and crawling/putting things in their mouths a lot (when environments are contaminated with cocaine powder)
  • Children 8 and younger have a distinct response to cocaine compared to teens and adults. They can have seizures, become unconscious, or fall into febrile delirium.
Which does bring to mind the "medical emergency" incident and the speculated accidental overdose. Nick had to stay up for 48 hours and watch one of the kids at their bedside to make sure they were okay, but no medical attention was sought. How bad were the symptoms? Did they fall unconscious and were unable to be woken up? Where they having seizures? Were they delirious?

I still think the idea that Rekieta intentionally dosed his kid is insane and I don't believe it.
You don't, but this is what he believes in:
- Chiropractic horseshit
- CBD oils
- buys into retarded big pharma conspiracies
- spoke about medicinal cocaine
So is it a stretch to think he was microdosing her because he read on Quora that cocaine has some so called medicinal qualities?

I don't think so. But, we may never know.

  • Chrissie was only at '23. There was a simpcast panel in '22, but Mayr was not present.
This was likely the one Cecil saw Nick come through the lobby only in a bath towel in, although I'm too lazy to search if he was there in '22 and '23. We know Nick did drugs at one Matsuri (likely more), and he was largely MIA to his lawyer "friends" in '23. Nick did not attend in '24, and may not have been asked.
  • Amongst the drug paraphernalia they seized from Nick was a bag sealer. You don't just leave your pile of drugs in a quart freezer bag, you get the air out of it. (Similar to canning or freezing for preppers.) While a full bag is 10g, they were only using a small part of it. I would presume the state dropped it to third because it was close enough to the 25g that it wasn't worth fighting. (If there were several bags, it likely was a couple of grams, which would put it under.) As others have said, they want him rehabilitated right now (good luck), not incarcerated.
We also don't know what the "brown stuff" was, which may have made the ~26g irrelevant, and I don't know why the K was left off the weights. IANAL.
EDIT TO ADD: Also note that Chrissie had her kid in November of 2023 so Nick offered a pregnant mom coke. (chatgpt fail there) Nevermind, the kid was born in April of 24. She likely was pregnant but may not have known it at the time. I believe she was talking a lot about wanting to get pregnant, so if Nick was any kind of friend, he would have known that was a dumb idea.

It's not just that he's a criminal (and he has more of a record than just the credit cards), but that he constantly lies, makes up leaks and insider info about whatever other dabbleverse faggot he's currently fighting, gets caught lying, admits to lying for the 'kayfabe', and then the cycle continues again.

Also, late comers joining the Rekieta drama trying to get attention by "leaking" super important and disgusting information.

Sounds totally not like attention seeking behavior by someone who wants to cash in on the topic by just 1-upping the other content creators with his own "super credible verified leak".

It is beyond me why ANYONE who knows confidential info from the case, ABOUT THE CHILDREN, would go to this faggot to spread it.

Yes. You don't know how lazy and incompetent CPS type agencies can be. These are the agencies that try to seize kids because their parents won't coddle troonery, but then completely ignore it when kids are beaten bloody for months on end and show up in the hospital over and over again, and then act amazed when the psycho parents finally kill them and claim they could do nothing.
