I used to give Nick the benefit of the doubt. Then he was caught living a life almost entirely opposite to the values he preached. He also used the most flimsy excuses and quibbling to 'explain' it all away.

While I will not say that he is definitely guilty of this action, I do not rule it out of possibility.

Don't you know he has a an ongoing legal case where the government is trying to RIP HIS FAMILY APART???? You don't understand how it works in MN!

Any man who let's another man around his naked woman isn't a man to be respected. The cocaine, if things weren't as bad as they were, could be looked past. A lot of lawyers use blow around here. One even got caught for it in the court house and had to go to rehab. Now he gets regular testing but gets to keep his licenses.

Nick is just a disappointment all around. I really liked the guy, and didn't want to believe it. Crazy that the more haggard he looked and behaved, how fast the truth came out.

This man better calm his tits down and keep his nose clean LOL. I can see his family taking his kids away and giving him the Lucas werner treatment.

Congrats to @Himedall All-seeing Waifu. She won a award for best thread OP rewrite of 2024, for their excellent rewrite of this thread's OP.

@Useful_Mistake won best overall KF contributor. UM provided several court documents for this thread and the related legal threads.

Grats to both.
Thread of the year.
Janny of the year.
Kanhtent of the year.
Nicky keeps winning. BMJcels stay losing and keep SEETHING. Maybe they'll bring a Merriam-webster entry next time like Linus Sebastian did with the word "moral".

Seriously though, good work.

Once the guilty plea is accepted, I give it six months before he self destructs again.
Why wait six months when there's tomorrow?
Nitrous Nick self-destructs on any day that ends with the letter y.

Here's my two cents on Chad's claim:
I don't believe him.
Plausible. But no.
Either he was misled by some gayopping retard, or he just made it up for clout.
Dabbleverse retards should be deported into a live volcano.

If we discredit Chad mentioning Nick's daughter's re-test due to his historic credit card shenanigans and being in Dabbleverse it would, in theory, discredit the list above.

There are plausible ways that Aaron, Keanu and Melton could obtain the information listed. They are all one degree of seperation away from credible sources. In Chad's case, there is no plausible source for the information in question. Chad isn't going to have courthouse sources or CPS sources. Nick isn't going to be talking to Chad.

Do you honestly think the guy would walk with some probation and a promise to be a good boy if they caught wind of him dosing his nine-year-old?
You've never read the facts to DeShaney v. Winnebago County, have you? Government incompetency and indifference knows no bounds

I think it was already accepted that his cocaine habit started long before Dec 2023. Dec 2023 is best characterized as when his habit got completely beyond his control.
I think it is generally agreed his coke use started no later than his first trip to Hedonism in 2022. He self-admitted he partook of it then, but then hand-waved that away saying he didn't like it.

There was a particularly egregious case in my town about thirty years back. There was a guy who was caught molesting a girl at a Salvation Army halfway house. He was in a “relationship” with her profoundly mentally handicapped mother (clearly a case of rape to begin with). He went to prison for about five, six years, did it AGAIN, fled to Georgia, did it AGAIN, and ended up dying in Atlanta of mysterious circumstances.

Turns out, this guy had molested over seven, eight children in his own family, and his family protected him. CPS was called in by multiple teachers and concerned family friends, and they shrugged their shoulders, “kids have food, water, shelter, what else can we do?” Around four of his victims have since died from suicide or drug overdoses.

TL;DR, CPS is fucking useless.

edit: words

This would mean he was doing coke in Aug. of 2023 long before Dec. of 2023, widely thought to be when the cocaine use started in earnest.
I think it was mentioned before in the thread that Rekieta's cocaine habit started after Hedonism in August 2022, ramping up after that experience.

AN ANALYSIS OF THE NICK REKIETA ARCHIVE CONFIRMS:
Nick Rekieta ADMITTED to having tried coke for the first time at 40 years old at the infamous swinger resort HEDONISM II IN JAMAICA in August 2022!
He likely found a source for it in Minneapolis sometime after August 2022 and ramped up the usage over the course of 2023. It wasn't until April entered the picture that he started doing the long bathroom breaks in the middle of every show which even at the time seemed like a cover for obvious drug use.

And it was evident he was abusing stimulants long before December 2023. I think the coke jaw thing was first noted on the thread after a show he did with Dick in October April (lol) 2023. It may have been noticed before that, but I'm not quite sure of the timeline.

Right. August of 2022. Possibly even earlier. Right now, we can really only go by his own admission. Which is that he was doing coke at Hedonism II.

I think a lot of people at that time just took him at his word he experimented and didn't like it. It didn't become super-duper evident to most people he was abusing drugs until 2023, but he was almost certainly doing it before then, and some hindsight analysis now backs that up. He wasn't just drunk throughout most of 2023.

Interestingly, his thread was moved out of Multimedia only a few months after that trip. He was clearly slipping, even then, but nobody knew quite how bad it was yet.

Say no to drugs.

Chrissie was only at '23. There was a simpcast panel in '22, but Mayr was not present.
There's that clip of some anime person claiming some ethot confided that Nick tried to hit on her at matsuri too. Not surprising since that's the con he had girls step on him in 2022.

Nick's degeneracy stretches way further back than most people think. Based on what we've learned, I guarantee Nick was (at least trying) to cheat as far back as 2022.

If that child had tested that high Nick and Kayla would be facing much much worse prosecution. Their bail would have been revoked.
If the tests had come back the way this Zummock cow is claiming Nick would be facing felony child abuse charges. Any plea would have been shredded and he would be going to jail.

For reasons laid out in more detail in this post with statutory citations in the legal thread that I won't kick a dead horse about here, there would have been no enhanced charges because intentionally dosing a child with cocaine, even if proven, is not a felony in Minnesota and is no more serious an offense than the gross misdemeanor child endangerment Nick was already charged with. The only thing that could ever have enhanced it to a felony would have been if proven exposure were to also be proven to have caused "substantial harm to the child's physical, mental, or emotional health" that could only have been shown by follow-up medical testing and psychological examinations after arrest and have nothing whatsoever to do with whether the exposure had been intentional in the first place.

There are a multitude of valid reasons why Zumock's scoop is almost certainly bullshit, but absence of a felony charge is not one of them, because even a blood test or any other evidence of intentional dosing would never change whether mere exposure constitutes a felony or not. Even video footage of Nick sprinkling cocaine into the kid's spaghetti-o's and maniacally laughing while spoon-feeding them to her in front of ten witnesses who swear to authenticity of the footage wouldn't make it a felony either. If that leniency shocks the conscience, then it is the Minnesota Legislature to blame and it has nothing to do with prosecutorial decisions in this particular case.

In case you live there, I'm sorry, but...

I'm really beginning to have very little respect for Minnesota.

This also suggests that many of the streamer types Nick had meetups with knew about his little habit.
LawTube KNEW. LawTube BLEW!
In lawtube all the women were already married or not what he wanted to fuck.
Or were lawyers who could recognize his shysterbabble for what it was.

I think it'll take 6 months for parental oversight to slip and/or the government to notice Nick has started flashing women at the park.

I don't mean Nick won't be actively doing stupid shit, but I think the big happening will occur after 6 months post plea.
