I guess Nick is complaining that his nightstand cocaine disappeared while he was out. Maybe his daughter swiped it first.

The only thing that could ever have enhanced it to a felony would have been if proven exposure were to also be proven to have caused "substantial harm to the child's physical, mental, or emotional health" that could only have been shown by follow-up medical testing and psychological examinations after arrest and have nothing whatsoever to do with whether the exposure had been intentional in the first place.
I find that actually deranged. "Substantial harm" should be presumptive and the perp who does shit should have the burden to prove that somehow it wasn't. Or just up the charge so it's a felony. So much shit is a felony that it's ludicrous something this heinous isn't.

Case in point: Revenge porn.

Aaron is a bit of a dipshit, and I don't condone what he did (or revenge porn in general), but if he experiences more serious legal fallout than Nick, I will consider it an enormous injustice.

Which does bring to mind the "medical emergency" incident and the speculated accidental overdose. Nick had to stay up for 48 hours and watch one of the kids at their bedside to make sure they were okay, but no medical attention was sought. How bad were the symptoms? Did they fall unconscious and were unable to be woken up? Where they having seizures? Were they delirious?
This lets you know how much of a psychopath Nick actually is. Look at the symptoms of kids testing in this general range. They're ghastly. Nick decided his own reputation and not getting caught was more important than the life of his child.

Then he described it in public as just "something that happens when you're a dad."

No, it's something that ONLY happens if you're an irredeemably evil motherfucker who needs to be on a wall. You know, like a MAP.

The issue is Nick's a first time offender, Aaron is not
No amount of charity is going to make up for the fact Nick created the situation where his daughter would ping positive for a literal asteroid of cocaine.
Nick's an irredeemable faggot that already admitted multiple times that he thinks he did nothing wrong and would do cocaine and drink again if he was allowed. Unfortunately, lawtube is full of retarded soulless grifters that don't care and will continue to ally with Nick because he got a million dollars off the Depp streams like 3 years ago and they think they can get a piece of that pie that no longer exists, so there will always be people to vouch for Nick and say he's totally changed.

I will say that all the people i have known who talk about now much money they donate to charity have been the most vile pieces of shit i have ever met. They use it as cover to be horrible people.

When was the medical emergency?

If it was an OD and it was well before the coke stream since the test results were so high it means Nick likely gave his 8 year old enough cocaine to cause an overdose and then CONTINUED TO DOSE HER AFTER.

You've never read the facts to DeShaney v. Winnebago County, have you?
I've repeatedly cited this case as to the sheer awfulness of the lack of government accountability for dereliction of its basic duties.

Blackmun's dissent is one of the most heartbreaking statements in the entirety of Supreme Court jurisprudence.

Poor Joshua! Victim of repeated attacks by an irresponsible, bullying, cowardly, and intemperate father, and abandoned by respondents who placed him in a dangerous predicament and who knew or learned what was going on, and yet did essentially nothing except, as the Court revealingly observes, ante, at 193, "dutifully recorded these incidents in [their] files." It is a sad commentary upon American life, and constitutional principles—so full of late of patriotic fervor and proud proclamations about "liberty and justice for all"—that this child, Joshua DeShaney, now is assigned to live out the remainder of his life profoundly retarded. Joshua and his mother, as petitioners here, deserve—but now are denied by this Court—the opportunity to have the facts of their case considered in the light of the constitutional protection that 42 U.S.C. § 1983 is meant to provide.

Poor Joshua! Poor us! There are uncountable Joshuas among us.

Still, he shouldn't catch a felony. Just a misdemeanor, at most.

He (allegedly) shared a nude image of Kayla with Geno. After Kayla, a married woman and mother of five, intentionally shared it with somebody who is not her husband (Aaron).

I mean, really, which crime was more serious? Nick's or Aaron's? I think even the biggest Aaron haters here would have to agree it's Nick's.

If the State of Minnesota ends up concluding otherwise, then to hell with Minnesota.

Nick's reputation would be great if it wasn't for that meddling Toe
You may think you hate Nick enough, but you don't.

This worthless faggot seems to think people think Aaron is viewed as some kind of hero by anyone at all. No, Aaron is fucking retarded and an asshole and a faggot, just like Nick. He's just not as big of one.

He is so goddamn dumb he thinks if he can discredit Aaron (who has nothing to do with his predicament other than no longer eating his "goo"), he somehow looks good again. If Nick wants to see the architect of his own demise, he need look no further than a mirror.

We never did find out what the mystery brown stuff was.

The true tragedy here.

Unsurprising but mildly amusing: Aaron mentioned yesterday that Chrissy Mayr told him how Nick offered her cocaine at Anime Matsuri (August 2023). Eleven months later Nick went on her show, claimed he dindu nuffin, and insinuated that the cops planted drugs in his house. He must have been pretty confident that she would play along.

This also suggests that many of the streamer types Nick had meetups with knew about his little habit.

Can't wait for the future sexual harassment case.
This was likely the one Cecil saw Nick come through the lobby only in a bath towel in, although I'm too lazy to search if he was there in '22 and '23. We know Nick did drugs at one Matsuri (likely more), and he was largely MIA to his lawyer "friends" in '23. Nick did not attend in '24, and may not have been asked.

This was definitely 2023. I was told that '23 Matsuri was radically different than '22.

Nick was drastically less accessible to fans and spent a lot more time with the popular Ytber guests. He talked a lot more openly about drug use in the months leading to to the event. He went to Hedonism directly afterwards.

It would not surprise me if something sorted was going on with all the e-women he had surrounded himself with. The drugs had to have started in 2022-2023, but I think that it intensified amd became regular after Hedonism.

Congrats to @Himedall All-seeing Waifu. She won an award for best thread OP rewrite of 2024, for their excellent rewrite of this thread's OP.

@Useful_Mistake won best overall KF contributor. UM provided several court documents for this thread and the related legal threads.

Grats to both.

I made a short post in the Bufords thread, but I appreciate the award, and take it as a sign that people enjoyed the work. I appreciate that people enjoyed watching Nick (not me) and I am glad to have had you all to laugh alongside me.

If we discredit Chad mentioning Nick's daughter's re-test due to his historic credit card shenanigans and being in Dabbleverse it would, in theory, discredit the list above.

Also, consider that this kind of information is often a 'drip drip' feeding of information. Even MNPublicRecords did that. We may never know the truth but I wouldn't be surprised if more gets leaked. MN does sometimes use blood tests to detect cocaine. (There's two levels of testing IIRC. @Folgers Can had a detailed post about it many moons ago.)

Chad is at least 2 degrees of separation further removed than Aaron--and we should be sceptical of Aaron, I believe.

I agree, but life is not fair.

Yeah Nick. Broke guys who can't make their mortgage payments are well known as big charitable contributors.

Nick was drastically less accessible to fans and spent a lot more time with the popular Ytber guests.

The other way to put it is that at 2023 nobody much even knew who Nick or some of those other people even were. Their celebrity was gone and they were often ditching the show in favor hanging out with each other.

I will say that all the people i have known who talk about now much money they donate to charity have been the most vile pieces of shit i have ever met. They use it as cover to be horrible people.
Nick is a perfect example. Al Capone also had soup kitchens. And he stocked them by extorting local restaurants into "donating" or else.

The most charitable person I ever knew was the stereotype of a "heartless conservative" in public, but I "caught" him doing something charitable once and he swore me to secrecy because if it ever got out, it would ruin his reputation.

I know people get sick of Bible shit, but:

Matthew 6:5 said:
And when thou prayest, thou shalt not be as the hypocrites are: for they love to pray standing in the synagogues and in the corners of the streets, that they may be seen of men. Verily I say unto you, They have their reward.
