I'm sure we'll see it in the next day where Greer comes up with some retarded argument that Hardin should have just known what Greer wanted to keep confidential, even if he was too retarded to just put "CONFIDENTIAL" anywhere on this disclosure.

I will not give him advice (even though Hardin and the judge have told him explicitly what to do) but the court paperwork (literally) spelt out what he had to do to subject things to the provisions of the SPO.

The problem with the length of this case is I can't tell if he really meant 2024 or if he meant 2025 and it's a typo.

Wow, Russ really can't stop shooting himself in the foot with admissions unhelpful to his case in emails with Hardin, can he?
He really wants you to know he has an iPhone. Typical.

Another day of Mr. Greer being genuinely perplexed that people just don't roll over and let him win. Apparently litigation is just a dating app or debate class for him, but the second it might cost him real dolleriedoos it becomes PLEASE DON'T SANCTION ME OR I WILL SANCTION YOU AND THEN YOU'LL REALLY GET IN TROUBLE. THAT AD HOC STATUS SURE LOOKING SHAKEY BUDDY BOY.
Remember when you or your friend had retarded arguments with siblings over stupid shit, and threatend to go to Mom or Dad as some kind of Mutually Assured Destruction? "If you tattle on me to Dad, then I'll tattle on you to Dad, then you'll get in trouble!" Same energy.

I have just birthed 20 kittens with how hard I have laughed over this filing. The moron who cannot understand how to ensure that things will be kept confidential through properly invoking the SPO also thinks that he can just hand wave away a VERY IMPORTANT WITNESS just because he had a falling out with him? I mean, my sides are in orbit!

Hardin is NOT YOUR LAWYER Russ! Hardin represents Nool and the interests of the farms. And he will slice you into paper-thin wafers due to you not knowing what on God's green earth you are doing when it comes to prosecuting your own lolsuit.

As an aside, does anyone want a cute kitton? I haz multitude nao.

Edit: AND OH MAH GAWD WE WILL POSSIBLY GET ANOTHER SUBMISSION TOMORROW! Come on sanction fee disclosure!

(Was it part of the secret sanctions that we haven't seen yet?)
yes he intends to demand that the judge sanction hardin and remove his pro hac vice status for allegedly violating the protective order. i am dead certain the judge is going to love that motion after he explicitly told rusty that hardin in fact never violated the protective order

Both The Hardship and the Judge spelled out for Russ exactly what he needed to do to keep his witness' names out of the filings, but Russell refused to listen. Now Rusty thinks he can get away with lying to the court about his witnesses (knowing the judge, he probably can.)
He never read the SPO, since he didn't even know where to fuckin find it apparently, so in his mind it should just work however the fuck he wants it to work.

Russ the Recalcitrant will just write a motion explaining to the judge that he knows more about SPO's than they do.

If only the judge would put himself in Russel's shoes (presumably by subjecting himself to a prefrontal lobotomy) it would all be clear.

January 30 2025 was in the future for all time zones at the time that was filed.
Edit:
Today is 1/30/25 and it was filed today... nice one

With the Doc dump @Useful_Mistake did earlier, I think it's pretty clear that even with his diploma and experience as a pro se person he has no idea what the adversarial litigation system is or what it's all about or what it is meant to do Vis-à-vis remedy/punishment. His signature move is to threaten via e-mail, and when it does not get the result he wants he struggles to serve people, and if he manages to get further its an immediate woe is me pity party and emails to the opposing party 'you know, it would be cheaper if you just give me what I want and this all goes away.' He's always floored when people elect to fight, because fighting has a good chance of making him go away permanently. Once the fight starts he is completely and utterly in the weeds. Time means nothing to him and missing deadlines has no adverse affects on him. Countering his argument means that you are harassing and stalking him on a personal level that raises to the level of asking the judge to take notice and intervene. Simple instructions that a toddler could follow? These are hieroglyphs, your honor, I can't possibly figure this out! I think this is the longest he's ever had to maintain the mask and it shows, it's all just No, YOU'RE getting sanctioned. No, YOU'RE not following the rules, Magistrate!
But sure, let's let the retard have his day in court.
For four years.

Of course he will, but I meant the sanctions Hardin has shown to Greer but hasn't filed yet:

Also, isn't it like a real big deal to be subpoenaed as a witness, and that even if recalcitrant you can do it? And if said witness lies on disposition and the stand it's a big issue?

Wait, could Hardin subpoena this mysterious witness for Kiwifarms?

Unbelievable delusion! This little fucker really thinks he’s got leverage here doesn’t he? He still believes that Hardin violated the protective order, and that he’s one motion away from getting sanctions against him. Russell truly does see himself as an intimidating legal genius.
Everybody knows, but it's nice to be reminded.

Why yes. Yes he could. I've actually been waiting for this and the resultant Beaker-esque flailing from Russ.
