The Magistrate is not the one reviewing this.
Thanks for clarifying. I lose track of the finer details of this case almost as much as Russell does.

You're doing a lot of looking on from the outside and accusing me of stuff without knowing any of the facts and the figurative wrestling I've had to do with the once proposed witnesses.
Isn't Russell's ceaselessly bad writing just amazing? It's not as eccentric as the prose of, say, Chris Chan, but it's always so clumsy and uncharming. Russell never manages a pleasing turn of phrase even as a one-off accident. His writing stumbles across the page like an elephant with four left feet.

Again, we can bicker over these small things that you have chosen to jump up and down about or we can proceed past this.

The sheer lack of self-awareness in this sentence beggars description.

Does anyone know what device he uses to write mail?
There's a certain irony in RG using the business entity name Paralyzed Face Productions when he's insisting the courts punish the 'Farms for disability-related name calling. That aside, it's not exactly a business name that exudes confidence at face value unless it was for one of those disabled motivational speakers that lives a full, happy life not defined by their disabilities -- something RG will likely be unable to do.

As for today's filing: RG has definitely opened his mouth and inserted a fillet of sole sandwich 👞 🦶 . Whether there will be consequences from the judge remains to be seen, but Hardin is definitely not holding back. This makes the wait for the sanctions amount worth it.

I am curious if anyone can find any evidence that Steve Taylor even exists.
I did see at least two Steve Taylors at the college Greer went to for his paralegal degree, LDS Business College which is now Ensign College.

More likely it's the one that manages the cafe, if Greer actually spoke to anyone.

Though reading further, the bio in that speech says this one was manager, so I think it's just one Steve Taylor, directory might not have updated to his new title or something.

As Null pointed out, this Steve Taylor is dead

I'd've said not to post this, because Greer might claim it was his witness, but he died before the case was transferred.
That Steve Taylor seems to have been a nice guy, and proof that being a Mormon with a bad face is no impediment to building a family and leading a life well lived.

Russell could have been that Steve Taylor, if he hadn't spent every dime he had on prostitutes.

What I'm now idly wondering is if they can also move for an adverse inference relating to Greer's statements that he lost or deleted all his documents when he got evicted, and "had to make room" on his phone.

It's very frivolous and unsympathetic of you to hold Greer to account for the things he says.

Greer said explicit things about Steve Taylor, perhaps some autist (not me) could go back and find them all. I think it was Greer who was afraid to get on a plane, his dad who couldn't travel, but was there a Taylor factor, too?

This was in his "Motion to Retransfer" from Florida back to Utah (note the usage of the word "eager"):

>I urge you to not file the motion for sanctions. That will only speed up my motion for sanctions against you and the motion for you to lose your pro hac vice status.
So Russ is not demanding sanctions because he has been wronged and believes it needs to be remedied. He's doing it as a direct response to Hardins successful motion for sanction.
Even more amazing, he thought he was in a position to make a thinly veiled threat to dictate Hardins actions. And it's preserved not only in Hardins inbox but is now an exhibit in a filing.
Good one Russ. You get a lot of leeway throughout this but I will be surprised if the Judge doesn't acknowledge your intent to fuck with Hardin and waste the Courts time just because Hardin is taking your whore money.

Could this be the lawyer friend who told him to sue Taylor Swift? The one from his famous book
in his book, the “lawyer friend” was ken carter, and he even in russell’s telling, artfully sidestepped involvement. this character is supposedly a lawyer he worked with while interning at the AG’s office and demanded russell did not use his name in his book. the lawyer who encouraged russell to sue taylor in his book was named “walter” and saved russell from throwing himself in front of a train. this was AFTER “ken” was firebombed in his car for being tangentially connected to russell (in the book).
