Greer merely needs to bring his Ouija board and a medium to the court to contact the spirit of Steve, who can procede to tell the judge “oh yeah Russ used to complain about how much that site annoys him.” The judge will immediately rule that his copyright has been infringed and award a million dollars.

Well now Hardin's motion is moot, cus he's dead and Russell misspoke when he said "Falling out". No harm was done, and in fact because the witness died after hearing of the harassment of the evil Kiwi Farms, a website, his missing testimony must be interpreted and accepted as favorable towards the prosecution. Furthermore, him being dead proves beyond all doubt the witness' inability to travel to Florida and the rightful return of venue to Utah.

Therefore the court shall order sanctions upon the Hardship and a website, as well as ordering Emily Willis into the care, marriage, and employment of Russel Greer and Intimate Dealings LLC

I want that last point to sink in. Russ has had this happen so many times before that when someone didn't respond to them he just assumed they hated him now and weren't speaking with him anymore.

The Steve business is imo the same deal as later when Russ added his brother and father as witnesses. Remember how he added them without telling them, and they were surprised when Hardin reached out, which led to Greer panicking and witness tampering? I think he added Steve as a witness without reaching out or even checking if Steve was alive first, not realizing (or not caring) that you need a witnesses' consent first.

I think this is exactly what happened. Russ named his father and brother based on phone calls/text messages from 2021-2022. I bet Russ told Steve about KF in the same time frame, assumed that was good enough to call him a witness, and hadn't spoken to him since. The asshole who can't be bothered to tell his own family that he's naming them as witnesses, certainly can't be bothered to keep in touch with a "friend" 2-3 years after plightsplaining to him.

Remember that Russ believes all he has to provide is that he was aggrieved. That he suffered. Not that anything occurred, just that something made him feel bad.

In that regard, his witnesses are about as good as you can claim, except Greer himself.

June 12th 2024 - Russtard is granted the motion undo the thing that just happened and gets the case re-transferred to Utah on the basis that Utah Steve has relevant testimony.

December 17th 2024 - Russ discloses his adoptive dad and brother as witnesses (in a fashion) a day late.

December 19th 2024 - Russ instructs his witnesses to disregard subpoenas and hire attorneys to evade questioning.

January 14th 2025 - The judge awards Mr Hardin reasonable costs for being greered around trying to tard wrangle uninformed and unwilling witnesses.

January 21st 2025 - Russ continues to protest his innocence regarding fucked up disclosures in a desperate bid to avoid sanctions while continuing to issue thinly veiled threats to ruin Mr Hardin's career.

January 27th 2025 - Russ requests a copy of this so-called "Protective Order" he agreed to comply with in order to keep his witnesses names and numbers off the record. If his reading comprehension hasn't improved since it was explained to him the 50th time, he still won't understand how Mr Hardin did not violate it in any way.

January 30th 2025 - The Hardship asks "where the fuck is Steve Taylor?"

Also, I'm... meh... by Hardin challenging such a flagrant infraction like lying about a named "eager witness" based in Utah burying it at the end of a motion for what I understand is something else entirely (adverse interwhatever); maybe it's common practice and hopefully the Court doesn't see it unfavorably.

That’s moot due to both Hardin and Greer stipulating that his father and brother have no idea what Greer is talking about so they can testify. This leaves Greer with zero witnesses so far.

Russ lied directly to the Utah/Florida when he said he witnesses that were "eager" to testify, when it turns out he never spoke to any of them about testifying and at least one appears to have been fuckin dead at the time. Plus he alluded to having more witnesses than the two he directly named in his "motion to undo the thing that just happened and transfer back to Utah". Which I guess he just meant his brother and no one else.
