What I wanna know is: where the entire fuck is this format of videos coming from all of the sudden?

It's been a non-stop virus in my recommends feed: the same stick figure, incessant gross-out visuals, and almost the same exact narration style.
People trying to catch the algorithm wave. You can see this with "Life as an X" videos, with an arrow pointing at it saying, "shitty life" or "life sucks" in the thumbnail.

It’s the latest YouTube algorithm abuse format

My lefty acquaintance zoo has been obsessively sharing all manner of childish shit like "here's how you TOTALLY SHOULDN'T use tin snips to puncture ICE vehicle tires (and make sure it's at least two, they only have one spare!)" and "if you're white here's how you should provide loud obstruction and distraction at ICE checkpoints!"

Democrat cult indoctrination. These people are so emotionally invested in making sure illegal voters Poor Unfortunate Criminals receive no punishment. Wild.
I swear these people really think it's cute until they face federal charges. Personally you should encourage your shitlib friends to cop federal charges at the very least no tds for a few years.
Guys, it drives me insane that the country is finally being forced back on track whether it likes it or not, and all anyone I know can do is bitch and moan all day long. Everyone just assumes I’m a liberal and keeps approaching me to commiserate about deportations and ending DEI. A staggering number of people have cut me off. I feel like I’m losing my mind. And what gets me is they don’t understand why difficult things need to happen, all they can do is whine that they are difficult.

They complain about the price of eggs when inflation should never have been allowed to skyrocket. They complain about cutting back wasteful programs when those programs should never have existed. They complain about the pain of deportation when any rando showing up should never have been allowed in the first place. They complain about withdrawing support for other nations when we never should have gotten involved. And so on and so on.

Yes, there is a cost to fixing all these things. It isn’t going to be easy, and we‘re going to struggle for a while. But they don’t seem to understand that if they had just slapped some neosporin on the wound when it opened maybe we wouldn’t be going through such a painful debridement right now.

It will never end. The price of eggs will go down, and they will screech. Planes will stop falling out of the sky, and they will screech. I’ve well and truly had it. Relocation is the only option. I’m going to go help make some unspecified state great again if it kills me.
I'm a cosplayer, I'm a libertarian, and brother I can't tell you how many times I have to remind the slowest amongst us they still have far more rights than the great socialist paradise of Europe.
Most of the lower 48 states you have fairly decent self defense laws, you can say they're too many immigrants or criticize your government and not go to jail or face fines.
So many of these people are totes worried they're going to be rounded up into camps by white ice agents and be subjected to cruelty because they live in a progressive fear induced echo chamber.

Any give a qrd on what Trump getting elected in 2016 felt like? (I wasn't that interested in politics back then) I heard the main difference between then and now is that it legit felt out of the blue. Like, no one expected Michigan and Pennsylvania to flip.
I bet on the 2016 election. Bet Bernie to win with a cover on Trump. My sense of the internet told me that people were not down with the TPP and viewed Hillary as a criminal. Trump and Bernie eviscerated neoliberal free trade arguments in the primaries and they never really recovered.

I thought Trump would lose when the election came around, after the Dems stole it from Bernie. But it was too big to rig. I watched it with friends and some of their roommates. None of my friends cared either way but one of their roommates was a super lib. I bet him $20 that Trump would win. Certain of Hillary, he accepted.

I was elated when the states started toppling, better than a superbowl. Meanwhile the lib roommate, who started the evening very cheerful, became extremely sullen. He couldn't cope with even a little ribbing and threw a crumpled $20 at me before retreating to his room to go on reddit.

That roommate guy never forgave me and minimized talking to me after that. He started to hate my friends over time too. I think he had TDS. For the record, big white guy libs who should be alpha conservatives are the worst. They always have insane mental issues.

It was glorious. The salt flowed.

Absolutley. I asked her for a statement and she replied "MNNNN NUHHH UHHH NUHHH UUUUU!"

Powerful stuff. Back to you, Tom.
"Helen Keller" apparently believed in Eugenics. A quote: “It seems to me that the simplest, wisest thing to do would be to submit cases like that of the malformed idiot baby to a jury of expert physicians…they would act only in cases of true idiocy, where there could be no hope of mental development…decide whether a man is fit to associate with his fellows, whether he is fit to live.”

Pretty harsh for someone who apparently got lucky when a tenacious caregiver took the time to figure out what all those "mnnns" and "nuuuuuhhs" meant.

Sorry for the mild derail. The Keller question is shallow, but a rabbit hole nonetheless.

I've experienced a similar thing with a friend, it's sad that people will crash out like that over politics and destroy friendships.

mormons are sorta lame, but sorta cool because they actually start families and it could be worse. they're not islamists or anything like that.
I think Mormonism as a whole is a crock, and Shit Romney is a traitorous bastard, but Mormon women are still very nice, feminine and devoted. Which is more then I can say for most western women.

She was a radical socialist from a wealthy family, make of that what you will.

I was going to choose a small clip or two. But this has to be seen in full. Every new thought shows YourMovieSucks for the out of touch shut in he is. It's 22 minutes of full-blown TDS.

Some highlights

  • Trump is destroying society around the world
  • Implies the US has a duty spend tax money on the world
  • US citizens are too dumb to realize what they've done
  • Calls for Universal Basic Income
  • Calls for sliding scale tax rate
  • Poor don't need to work or pay taxes
  • people like Elon Musk and Trump pays 95% tax rate
  • Implies Trump is stupid and scammed his way to power
  • States revolution is inevitable
  • Suggests we may be heading into "1940s" Germany

Climate activists struggle with security at DNC ahead of chair race
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Re_cA56xlII (archive.ph)(PreserveTube)(1080p pomf.lain.la gofile.io)
Climate Defiance activists physically struggled with Gaylord Hotel security as they marched inside the hotel toward the Democratic National Convention at the Gaylord Hotel in National Harbor, Maryland on Friday.

"Which side are you on, Dems, which side are you on?" the protesters chanted as security pushed them back and ultimately took their banner by force.

"We need clean air, not another billionaire!" protesters chanted as Gaylord Hotel security pushed them back from the direction of the Democratic National Convention.

Some even placed chairs in their path as a makeshift barrier.

United States Capitol Police stood by as private security faced off with the climate activists, who ultimately left the hotel without any arrests.

"Hey Dems, get off it, put people over profit!" they chanted as they exited.

"We took over the chairmanship election at the Democratic National Committee," said Climate Defiance leader Michael Greenberg. "We're calling on them to fight for people, not polluters and plutocrats."

"The Democratic Party is asleep at the wheel!" he added. "We made our presence known and I think we were definitely heard."

"No hard feelings" he told a security officer who had struggled with the group minutes earlier.

Before dispersing outside the Democratic National Committee meeting, the climate activists let out one final "primal scream" in protest.
