I remember this case.

The (pre-transition!) troon was demanding to be seen immediately for an emergency mammogram since he was experiencing "breast pain," and didn't even bother going to see his GP beforehand for a referral. The secretary tried to explain how to proceed, and the troon flipped his shit and started screaming at her that he needed to be seen NOWNOWNOW.

This did make national news over here, and literally everyone laughed because of course they did. It's France, they don't have the patience for that kind of bullshit. The memes flowed freely.
