2023 Israel-Palestine Armed Conflict

So they release the father of the toddler (Ariel) and baby (Kfir) still held in Gaza. His wife is also still held. If people remember, they've psychologically tortured this guy by saying his family was dead, etc etc. I genuinely hope they keep this guy on a tight watch because he'll either go out and murder as many Palestinians as possible, or kill himself.

I've said previously that the last hostages out will be the two kids, unfortunately. Hard to identify two little children, with one unable to even talk. It's basically Hamas' best leverage. I'm going to assume they're alive because I doubt any ceasefire deal holds if they're not.

My understanding is that per the current agreement, of the hostages confirmed for release in the first phase, live hostages are to be released before dead ones, and women and children before men. As they're already releasing live male hostages, this would indicate that Shiri and the children are dead.

That is, of course, if the Gazans are actually obeying the rules of the agreement, which is a big fat fucking IF. I agree it would be very surprising if they don't hold onto the the babies—dead or alive—until the very end, agreement be damned. The two have undoubtably been the most recognizable faces in this conflict, even more so now that Noa Argamani, Naama Levy, and Hersh Goldberg-Polin (the only other hostages to really receive any sort of media attention) are all home.

It seems a very serious possibility that Netanyahu goes back to all-out war once this phase of the ceasefire agreement is over and all of the truly vulnerable hostages are out.

No doubt the fate of the Bibas children will strongly sway public opinion re: returning to war.

Ironically, the thing that most threatens Hamas right now are two small red-headed boys. There's definitely a David and Goliath metaphor in here somewhere...

Just remember the arabs can have all the arab and islamic states they want but God help us all if the Jews want a state. Fuck how many nations are catholic or some type of Christian officially?

Jesus Christ, Am I reading Der stormer?
Take solace that these publications, campuses, and even Twitch are getting financially fucked due to their vague to blatant antisemitism.

Well anyway Netanyahu is in the US for this entire week. In fact, he is going to be the first world leader for Trump to host during his new presidential term. Bibi is meeting with Trump tomorrow so I anticipate some developments there. Good ones, inshallah
So far Trump has asked Congress to ok a $1 BILLION dollar sale of weapons to Israel. They shutdown US AID which has funded the west bank and Gaza, and now the DOJ has set up an anti-semtism taskforce, and there's talks about letting Israel into the US's AI thing. I would post sources but I'm phone posting. Bibi is there for a week so let's see what tomorrow brings.

I can't imagine how I could bring myself to keep living in circumstances like that.
They should show that film everywhere like how they show the holocaust stuff everywhere.
You really think so? I'm not persuaded it would have an effect. I expect the people who celebrate or ignore the proof of atrocities already published would respond the same way to additional proof.

Rule #1. They lie.

They don't want scrutiny on the footage because they've included video clips of ISIS atrocities, as well as footage of the aftermath of the Hannibal directive and pass them off as Hamas.

So there's zero benefit to releasing it. It was only designed for closed-door screenings to shock people.

The core issue with Rule #1 is that it is used to increase impact but when Rule #1 is observed it has the opposite effect and decreases impact.
