Goddamn, his technique is shit. The more I watch it the more it bothers me. He handles his index and middle fingers better than the ring and pinky, which makes me wonder if there's limited mobility in those digits. Although these are both works of fiction, they are definitely based on fact. They made me wonder why the non-Mormons didn't wipe them all out with the redskins. I can see that I'm going to have to read a proper history book, but not to worry. I've got Benjamin Park's American Zion queued up for when I finish Zane Grey.

I should note that this is mostly about the atrocious behavior of Mormon offshoot cults like FLDS, although it goes into some other scandalous stuff like the Mountain Meadows Massacre and the fascinating story of master forger and bomber Mark Hofmann (currently serving life), who swindled many including the LDS itself with forgeries containing disparaging falsehoods about early LDS history and Joseph Smith personally.

LDS itself and some Mormons (including critics of LDS) consider it harsh and unfair, so take in in that light.

The way I see it is that he fundamentally doesn't understand how to interact with people and so gets extremely frustrated and angry which results in him breaking down. Then in order to recover from that he constructs some kind of elaborate fantasy as a sort of cope. In order to make his fantasy more real he acts upon them, which usually fails. For example suing Taylor swift, opening a brothel, suing the KF for copyright to get his thread taken down etc. These fail which results in more fantasies which creates the vicious cycle of Greer.

But if he fixed that underlying lack of understanding that leads to breakdowns then the fantasy spiral could/would stop.
