Let's give some charity and assume the interpretation where he knows the amount of hours in a day is correct: that means he has 4 hours each day to work on Heartbound and do whatever email jockeying and delegation he does for both his company and Offbrand, though he may be doing some of that during the semi-hourly minutes of dead air where he's staring at another screen and typing.

That 4 hours is also after doing 12 straight hours of streaming, so there's no way that's 4 hours of peak performance.

When you strip away the posturing and obfuscation and take the words literally, he's effectively confirming the criticism in his statement which tries to deny it.
I suppose he can claim those 13-hour off-stream days are totally filled with work, but Jason often talks about how he games off stream- is that all relegated specifically to those three hours of personal time on the days off? I highly doubt it.

Regardless of whether this is possible or not, one can just take a look at his on stream work ethic (like the minecraft server twiddling) plus what he gets done coding for heartbound off stream to realize this is bullshit.
