The talking point I keep seeing lately is that cutting USAID is bad because it reduces our "soft power", or in other words, going mask off and admitting they want tax money to be used to propagandize and subvert foreign citizenry in neutral or allied countries for vague political goals. The Democrats really are the party of Jews and glowies
I think they are right, it very much is soft power, and I have mixed feelings about it. On one hand it's good to be able to push countries into being more friendly with us, but on the other hand fuck em, who gives a shit about what some 3rd world faggots say or do. I think wiping it out is a net good, the neolib/neocon faggotry will take a massive kick in the dick and that's always good.

Can you go into further detail about this? I'd like to have more info about it in case it comes up in conversation, and I don't come off as someone who's pulling this out of his ass.

The USAID once housed a department that openly tortured and played major, obvious Psyop campaigns. So much so that the government decided to shut that section of USAID down in the 70's.

Mike Benz has been on a tear about USAID since Trump's election and it seems Elon is using much of his work:

It looks like someone took a highlighter and just decided to highlight anything that might/could/maybe be possibly sorta conspiratorial.

This week is the deadline for the glownigger seniors to retire, resign or be fired. Trump is meeting with Netanyahu tomorrow. Thursday is an eventful day - it's the deadline for the Feds to "get back in the office or YOU'RE FIRED!", and it's also when RFK, Tulsi, and Kash have their hearings in front of their respective committees. The Senate’s Budget panel will also vote whether to move Russ Vought, who Trump nominated to lead the Office of Management and Budget, to a vote on the full floor, while the Senate Foreign Relations Committee will decide whether to advance Rep. Elise Stefanik, R-N.Y., Trump’s choice for U.S. ambassador to the United Nations.

What I’m almost certain of in the Canada situation is that Trudeau loves this. He gets to play supreme leader again and strong man against Trump. The problem is that he’s inevitably going to do something retarded..

Labour has a chance to spring back, but only if Trudeau doesn’t shoot himself in the foot.

We're going to discover almost all of our current problems in the West are a result of USAID and similar innocuous sounding programs that Trump et all are purging the shit out of. The louder they screech in rage about them being canceled the more glowies are affected.

Of course, I still fully expect them to try and kill him before he can start purging the real shit, like the Fed. They were desperate enough to keep him out that they tried to kill him 3 times on the campaign trail (that we know of), if he genuinely starts hurting the beast they'll shove a pipe bomb in Air Force One or something.

The same logic brought us the Don't Sniff Petrol From a Can banger.

I just don't give a shit any more if they sniff petrol from a can.

AOC literally received funding in college from USAID to basically be the glowie milker to try and win over millennials and gen z.

Layers to this pork is mind bogling that all Corpo/pork/EvilNGO money was in one place - USAID
Main point Federal govt. gave & keep system in place fund agitprop in united states & people getting cut off.

OPS did real work in South Vietnam and was responsible for training its entire police force. It didn't work out in the end, as we all know, but they did successfully kill a ton of commies.

It also provided legitimate material aid and training in the Congo after they suffered a massive earthquake.

Why the fuck are we providing a constant stream of aid even to our allies? What is it for? I get sending aid to an ally if there's been a big natural disaster (I generally don't have a problem with that) but why does South Africa (as much as I don't dislike the country) need a constant stream of American money?
I think geopolitically, while SA is a total shithole it is still a/the dominant country and economy in a lot of sub-saharan africa.
Every time SA becomes more aligned with china, other nations in the region will follow.

Trump I suspect also wants to blood their nose and tell them "Dial back this BRICS bullshit a few notches, or else"
That is more like his style of getting weaker nations to do what he wants than the "lets give them more money and maybe they will listend to the societal benefits of allowing gay-sex on childrens afternoon tv".

Given how we've seen Trump behave the past few weeks and how he buck broke a president of a South American country, I don't think Trudeau is prepared for how badly Trump is going to ream him the moment he slips up even once.

Trump can’t eliminate the Fed directly. However, he can bankrupt it very easily. He’d simply orders the treasury to lend money at a lower rate than the Fed.
