"Great, we will make sure to help try to stop all the guns pouring into Mexico" (No specifics, also won't do anything). 'Aid' can be anything. It could be money to feed starving Africans and putting them on courses to learn Javascript. It could also be used to fund the 'enlightenment' of the Poles on the wonders of trannies and convince the Baltics to accept blacks.

I suspect more frequently it‘s to require other countries to support our globohomo efforts in exchange for economic benefits. We should certainly explore foreign aid programs in the future when it is in our interest to do so.
