Probably because deporting violent US criminals is irrelevant to the point of the headline/what issue they're drawing attention to.

Bukele is willing to take any criminal deportees of any nationality. Reminder that "criminal" in this context is so loosely defined that simply being an illegal could and probably does constitute being a criminal for the sake of the agreement.

So theoretically you could have Brazilians, Mexicans, Canadians, fucking Swedish criminals being deported to El Salvador, which is psychotic.
