Are mod developers retarded?​

Every time I have any interaction with modded minecraft I am more and more certain that most mod developers are low IQ negroids.
This is especially prevalent with Create mod 'addons'. Half of them are only tangentially related to the base mod, tell me, how is the estrogen mod even related to Create? I'm convinced that the nigger devs do this in order to get more downloads on their shitty mod. And the other half are completely thematically incompatible. The Create mod is a steampunk-esque mod which has kinetic rotation as its primary energy source.
Crafts & Additions completely breaks this theme - it removes the challenge of routing rotational power around your base and replaces it with electric motors. All you need to do is to make a reasonably large steam engine, feed the output rotation into the alternators, place electric motors where you want rotational power, and route the electricity. You might as well play Mekanism or whatever other """tech""" mod for retarded faggots you like.
Electric Stonks - same as above, but even less effort put into it.
New Age is even worse, because it doesn't even try to fit within Create's theme, all of the blocks look like they're out of a completely unrelated mod.
Teleporters is another great one (by great I mean niggerish) - let's just remove the challenge of routing belts around your base, or making train tracks to get around your world!
Utilities - same as C&A, only now it's ender themed.
Applied Kinetics, I know it's a compatibility mod but still, the Create mod has item vaults for a reason. This actually leads me into my next point - modpacks.

Most of them include the Thermal Series, Immersive Engineering, Ender IO, Mekanism, and whatever other """tech""" mod for low IQ retards. WHAT'S THE FUCKING POINT IN ME EVER USING CREATE TO SMELT MY IRON IF I CAN JUST USE ONE MEKANISM BLOCK?!

A useful tool to use when searching for good packs is Modpack Index's pack finder, you can exclude certain mods that you don't want in a pack, very good.

Fucking thank you, I feel like whenever I mention how that mod is basically diet Mekanism either get people going "NUH UH SEE IT HAS [insert minor difference here]" or "THAT'S NOT A BAD THING." I may be tech illiterate (with Minecraft mods at least) but even I won't go for a "lite" version of a mod. I want the full autism or none at all.

Honestly I'd just take the motors (without the electricity). Make them generate less stress and you're done. Create is, and always will be, the Steampunk low tech mod. Bumping up the tech level without fucking the theme of the mod seems to be anathema to some of these people, just don't use fucking electricity.

I'm starting to think they're taking inspiration from Factorio or Satisfactory mods rather than sticking with the theme of Create, either that or the mod author is just fucking lazy and made a mod for himself and other lazy fucks.

It's arguably a lot worse, it's more the teleporters mod but apply its logic to everything else. Takes the challenge of optimizing your Creations' size and connecting literally everything properly and goes "aaand get rid of that." I get it, it can get tedious, but Create is also about expanding your problem solving skills and Creativity. At this point just get those creative mode items if you don't want to be fucked, unless you feel you want to "earn" this ability, in which case you might as well use this mod instead.

I knew if I shilled this website enough someone would use it, seriously it's a Godsend for not only finding good (or at least less shit) modpacks with mods you want/don't want, it's easier to browse mods with to add to my own modpacks.

yes and literally expand this shit to ANY mod developer for any modding community. take a look at any game with a somewhat established modding community around it and I guarantee you will find the most utterly retarded drama/faggotry within. I remember some Garrys mod developer, I think, getting their shit twisted because they weren't credited in a steam collection. a fucking steam collection.

I've legitimately considered making a thread that encompasses general modding drama. They're more pretentious than the forum janny, because at least the only thing the janny needs to do is clean it up. yeah its shit, but it requires near zero technical skill. These motherfuckers are making content for video games, almost always for free. they literally do it for free. you need to be the most pretentious faggot to actually think that's a good idea.

There's also this mod called "Flashback", a competitor/replacement for the Replay mod. Developed by the same people who made Axiom. Anyways, they're also retarded faggots.
Erm... we're only going to release the mod for versions 1.21 and above... also the newest version of the mod will only be on the newest version of Minecraft because.... because it just will be, OKAY?!

Heard that the Estrogen Mod has a Discord server for development that has an 18+ channel (many such cases). Verifying myself might be annoying since they have a fucking application process for just joining, and my gay ass new win11 installation doesn't have Vencord.

Edit: This is WRONG, there is no 18+ channel in the server.
