The previous hearing was Jan 24, I cant find a recording of it to confirm if 'he" showed up as well.

Next hearing is February 18 for a bench trial, likely for money owed and damages.

Also Simpson's court is Michigan. The thing even mentions "Michigans anti-lockout statute" in their rebuttal that its not $15,000 because they are owed $450!
(also, the poor landlords are in foreclosure proceedings because the rent wasnt being paid because they couldnt float $15,000 while the dirtbags werent paying)

Interesting to bear in mind that the kind of cultural dilution and mixed messaging they're referencing is even worse now - this book was published in 2004, the year Twitter launched IIRC. I'd highly recommend the book - I'm not a psych professional, but it was still accessible and engaging even though it's clearly written for an audience of clinicians.

Another huge takeaway for me was that they cited the invalidation of kids' genuine thoughts/ emotions as one of the key environmental factors influencing BPD development and undermining their cognitive processes. Bear that in mind the next time someone tells you it's "harmless" to gaslight small kids by telling them the obvious male they're afraid of is actually a lady because inner genderfeels because it's politically expedient.

The other major one was that as people who inherently view the world in dichotomous black/white terms (as a result of the aforementioned cognitive underdevelopment), they are quite literally immune to cognitive dissonance. They can shift from one opinion or position to its direct, polar opposite, without experiencing any kind of emotional/ intellectual discomfort at all. Hard to imagine, but certainly explains a lot.

I'd like to find further reading on it, but I'm very intrigued by the notion that modern culture is especially conducive to the development of borderline traits. Thanks, @LateNightMuffin !!

This is why I firmly believe aggression in necessary. None of this would've happened if people weren't so meek and mild, the whole "don't be so open minded your brain falls out". I don't know much about law but I highly doubt putting biological men in womens prisons is against those mens rights, instead it is against the womens. To be against a man's rights, they would have to prove that they are, in fact, a woman. Scientifically. Otherwise, can I enter someones house simply because I feel like their house is mine? I cant prove its mine, but I feel like it is, therefore I can enter. This is the ideas they are supporting. Can I be a doctor? Can I be a police officer?
