The way they “measure productivity” is shit like going on a zoom call, or opening documents.

The statistics may be real, but they’re rigged to show a faux rise in productivity to ensure that some bureaucrat gets his bonus, and a fedcuck gets to sit at home and goon all day and still claim: “But boss! My stats are up!”

Naw there is some truth to this. People can't use the "calling out sick" excuse as often because if they aren't dying they can still probably work. There's no worrying about spreading a contagion or anything.

Less excuses for people to miss work days.

It apparently hasn't occurred to any of these idiots that if they're so afraid of getting fired its because they aren't particularly necessary to running the government effectively. If they're so 'vital' and 'holding the line' would actually achieve anything they wouldn't be about to get the axe in the first place and wouldn't be getting offered an easy out. If they're so worried about data breaches maybe they should be spending more time actually working and trying to prevent them instead of illegally blocking access to government buildings and fucking around on reddit

If these feds are so batshit about getting the boot at some point might I recommend them going into the private sector? I suggest the globex corporation. Rumor has it they have beer and burgers on fridays, 3 weeks of paid vacation per year, free dental care and a great stock plan

I'm old and even I can admit 20 year old workers can be great. They have more energy, their education is fresh in their minds, and they have that testosterone-fueled hyper-focus and drive that can't be beat.
Sure, they can also be profoundly retarded, but think of how it felt to be 20. It's like being a sheepdog.
